Ingredients
1. Cucumber (A)
2. Carrots (A)
3. Broccoli (A) can be switched to Lettuce, Cauliflower, Spinach, can mix all together if available, but mostly since expensive, we do rotation.

5. Avocado, Dragon Fruit, Mango, Apple, Papaya (O), mostly seasonal
6. Malunggay (A)
7. Flax Seeds (A)
8. Chia Seeds (A)
9. Almond Nuts (A)
10. Fresh Milk (A), can also rotate with buko juice
*A = Always
*O = Optional
Main Ingredients 1 - 3, 4, 6, ito yong madaling hanapin, 7 to 9 are nice to have if wala talaga but maganda if mayron.
