The hardest part with the snake is to make sure the tail do not strike. It is really hard to take the tail down yourself and when you play with others they very often do not understand the importance of taking down the tail as soon as it appears. This is really frustrating.
Heard on PS5 game crashes tons on this part. I've had to stop playing as it's been an ongoing issue for years on that platform, but I'm tempted to come back from time to time despite this game starting to turn into Destiny little by little.
I do think that refractor is overall a bit useless here Either replace one of the legendary specials with taking one for the team and have rank 2 concentrated fire or move those perception points onto inteligence for power user leaving you 1 extra point to do whatever (maybe for rank 1 of bullet shield on endurance)
@NoName-rd6et refractor is for first stage I have it there as thers nothing to use in perception to replace it for snake fight only and I do use bullet shield but I use it in the first robot fight only then I swap it to revenant for the snake fight because the revenant is better here
@smashysnow I can't solo it, and I'm always with some randos, so I can't be sure because of other people bonuses. But I think I get a little bonus. Like 10+ in each hit in the head (not eyes)
If you craft a gatling Lazer you also get a fusion core with it. That way it only costs some med tier jink items instead of Flux. Hope this is helpful.

I'm on Xbox and the snake crashes me 100% so I've never completed it.

I read somewhere that the Glow Sight perk card works in the snake. Is it true? Can you test it please?

I always have a hard time targeting the tail in vats for some reason..
i get that to some time, i wanna vat the tail and it will go on the head
I guess for farming purposes there is nothing that can beat the 1st boss (even if you can do the snake boss over and over).

Would be amazing but i run out of fusion cores in a few tries and they cost way to much to make
true they should make it cheaper to make
Set up at either electrical plant and turn on the fusion core generator. 3 free cores every 15 minutes.
