For anyone doing this like me with factory installed window visors you don't need to fully remove the panel from the front to take the weather strip out, just undo the screw and you can move it enough to get the weather strip out. I was worried when I saw this but it's possible. Thanks for the video!
This was seriously very helpful and informative! I've the same car but as an LX base model and I'm going to be replacing my weather strips as well. Thanks for the video.
May be if you use both hands it will be easier and faster to remove the strips......Half of the time the camera is not focused on the task.....bad video.....
This is the most idiotic response I have seen to videos I have made I thought were helpful. I am thankful you are not my neighbor or anybody I have to deal with on a daily basis. Get bent.
@@davefalch1038 Hi from Youngstown Ohio. Great video thanks. Son has a 2013 with same problem. Yeah Nandak1, what a "F'n jerk off" He's dead wrong. Thanks again Dave!
Thanks for showing the real life issues… most don’t show the stuff that goes wrong when trying to replace or fix things 👍
No problem!
I was so scared it was gonna be complicated...thank you. I think I'm going to try changing them my self
Great- glad I could help!
I used this video as a reference for replacing my window trim on my car this afternoon. This was massively helpful. Thank you!
Glad I could help!

My pleasure!
Good advice. Changed mine out no issues
Good to hear!
Advice because I found out while replacing mine push the old tabs to the left or right to a lower grove and it just slides off
"Dig it, like it, buy it" Nice summary, LOL
Thanks!
Have a 2015 LX. It seems to have two window seals? One for door & one quarter window.
Thanks for taking the time to make this video, it was a great help!👍👍👍
Glad I could help!
Thanks good video should be the same for a 2012 Honda Civic EX. Will go OEM instead instead for $30 more.
Never got the link for where you purchase the weather stripping
It was in the comments section

Have u ever had to replace the mechanism that moves the automatic window up?
Not yet, but if I do I will make a video for sure!
@@davefalch1038 thank you I appreciate that!
What is the name of the part you hold at 1:11 - 1:15?
Are you talking about the plastic window trim or the prying tool?
@@davefalch1038 The plastic window trim.
@@chinhho3935 Window molding? Maybe trim.
@@davefalch1038 That part is "GUY"
@@waynefalch2995 Yeah, I do that...😁
Did you ever take the door panels off?
Nope, didn't have to at all!
