- Chevrolet has created a totally reworked Trax, and it's a great affordable option in the market. If you want a subcompact crossover with good looks, great room inside, and excellent standard features, the Trax might be what you're looking for... especially since it starts just over $20,000!

Great video. I just bought a new 2024 Trax LT , with three "packages", for my wife. We spent about $25,000.00 out the door.
I have watched almost every video review of this car on You Tube, and read all the comments. I find any negativism amazing. Negative comments often say they will buy other models in the class because this one is too "cheap", and will not last. What don't these people understand about MSRP prices between $20,000.00 and $25,000.00?
Everyone looking to buy a new car in this class does not need or want to spend 30 to 50 thousand dollars for a new car. We know that missing "luxury" features on the new Trax are available on other brands, but at what additional cost?
My wife's previous car, a 2008 Chevy, had 60,000 miles on it when traded for the Trax. She does not have to worry about this Trax making it to 200,000 miles, nor does she need to go 0 to 60 in 5 seconds. Our finances make this vehicle a perfect selection because of it's looks, and it's MANY other features.......not to mention it's price. It is performing beautifully and is an amazing car in today's market. Drive it yourself and make your own decision. Do not listen to the naysayers. I do not work for Chevy.
Whenever I'm running a 136hp 3-cylinder, you know I'll be sporting 19-inch wheels!

this thing is faster and better fuel efficiency than my crosstrek. and cheaper! i highly recommend
Have a 1rs on order........a few sporty touches inside and out. better tech. Really prefer the roof line with out the "rails" showing off the lovely lines. over all the car is an eye catcher. Pretty loaded ......affordable.............almost like the hatch backs i have owned in the past. Big SUVs doing nothing for me......Dont own a farm or work construction.
Folks the LS with Driver Confidence package and Color white is a steal........
When discussing the LT, you showed an interior picture with a flat bottomed steering wheel. That is not avialable on the LT. I know, I agree, it's very compicated

Good luck trying to find one for under $32,000 in the Central Florida area. They are adding a $3000 dealer market adjustment and another $1500 for “nitrogen”in tires pinstripes and tints.
That’s insane , I would never pay above sticker. Wait 6 months if you can , Pricing will drop.
Really ? I got my wife’s for 25k with tints and pretty much everything in the activ model as well in Tampa

I would have an import like honda crv or toyota rav4 the nissan rogue and I could go on &on greetings from southern Ontario Canada
You will spend all that extra money you saved on tires for them 19 inches when the time come
Nice looking, good features, but 136hp? Thank your government for such ridiculously underpowered motors. I wonder if this can even merge onto the highway safely.
Some of the V8 corvettes in the 70's only had 165hp. :D
Its more of a affordability play. They already have the motor for the base trailblazer so it keeps the price down which is the whole goal of the vehicle. I have the 2RS trim and you would be surprised how the engine actually performs

@@lefttea If you got the Pontiac Trans AM version the 5.0L was 145hp. I don't recall anyone saying they were 'ridiculously underpowered'
@@ronjohnson3129no one said that because they were light weight vehicles. Older cars weighed a lot less.

@@markwagner4909the encore was the same as the old trax and the encore gx is similar to the trailblazer. The new Buick envista will be the buick version
