Can you help me? I bought a UEwonderboom 4 from Mustafa (Singapore) 2 months ago. Now it won't turn on or off, and the Bluetooth won't connect. So I went to Mustafa and they said they will take care of it within a week, but if it takes more than a week, I will contact the company and ask them what they will do. Can you help me with this? I am your customer. I have bought 3 UE booms and have been supporting them. Please help.
It is under warranty right now, and they have to replace it. There might be some problem in the circuit. You have to wait till they replace the speaker.

any idea why when charging the light stays on im not sure if when charging its meant to flash and also cannot get the unit to turn on i have a few with the sme problem i have done a hard reset unpluging the battery and nothing any ideas why it will not turn on and the battery has 4.5v so its not flat

Hi if it's possible to see when you weld the terminal. I have 5v on pin 1 and 2 2.7v on pin 3 and 4 and 0V on pin 5 and 6 . I tried to see with pause on the video but it's not clear . Thank you :)
pin 1 and 2 are positive and will be connected with red wire, pin 5 and 6 with 0 volts are negative and will be connected with black wire, and remaining wire will be connected with pin 3 & 4.

@@TechShopIndia No, it's just a lot of crackling and static. I've reset it already but that only helps for a brief second. Sometimes it plays without much distortion but it isn't very long before it starts up and I have to eventually turn it off.

None of the published specifications or reviews seem to address this question. It appears that older models had a capacity of 2.2Ah and newer ones 2.8Ah, at 3.7V. 2.8Ah * 3.7V ~ 10Wh. They say that charge time is 2.5h and play time is 15h. The charger is rated at 5V, 2A.

Can you please put it into charging for a long time once like 5-6 hours?
Or replace the battery and check if it helps you!!

What kind of battery does it use? I think one of the batteries on mine is going bad.
Its basically a lithium battery and it is easily available in the market.

These cells are also being used in Laptop batteries. You can ask them for laptop battery cell.

You can make wire jumpers for those lines which are damage.

You need to get it replace in the market itself. Battery May be around 4000 mah.
When i disassembled my UE Wonderboom, the charging port had a lot of white glue that prevented me from checking the pin, how could i remove it ?

Yes you can, for that you can connect your aux directly into the speaker. But you have to find the tracks of the same.

You need to open it and change volume down button, it is happening because the button is short.
