    Feminine words take the article "die" (the) or "eine" (a or an). Nouns ending in -heit, -keit, -tät, -ung, -schaft: die gesundheit, freiheit, schnelligkeit, universität, zeitung, freundschaft (health, freedom, quickness, university, newspaper, friendship)

    If the word ends in -ität, it's feminine. If the word ends in -en in the singular and is not a gerund (verb), then it's masculine (der Knoten, der Knochen…). If the word's plural is formed by adding an umlaut and an -e, it's masculine (der Topf - die Töpfe)

    I want to ask a question that you said that a combination of letters eu in Leute is mentioned in lesson 1,but it's not mentioned. Can you please clarify the pronunciation of it and it's usage.

      Thanks for your feedback. Please follow all lessons and then check the exam pattern and solutions of sample exams of Goethe institute exam of A1 level. You can find these in the playlist after all 45 lessons of A1 are completed. It is better to follow sequence of lessons to understand effectively.

    How do we know the word is maskalin or feminin or neutral in a second class? Is there any option to learn about a word fall under which nomen?

      Whenever you come across a new noun learn it together with its gender/article. There are some tips and hints through which it is possible to identify gender/article of nouns. I have made a playlist for that. Please check that out. Hope this will help.

    Good lesson. I have one question though. I am using Urdu to identify Maskulin and Feminin. For e.g:
    lakri (KA) table = der Tisch
    jeans (KI) pant = die Hose
    But i am finding it hard to identity the neutral nomen. Do you have any clue?

    Assalam o alikum sir mera sawaal ap sey ye tha agar hum germany language programme key liye jayen to kia wo visa extend hosakta hey if we have conditional letter of university

      Language visa can be extended only for up to 12 months. It can't be extended after that even if you have confirmed admission letter or conditional admission letter.
