    take 5 breathes
    10 Park or Hike Kettlebell swings.
    Thats it
    Simple 60 second combo.
    Simple works to build muscle.
    Now do anywhere from 5 to 10 sets of the combo in your hip or glute training workout.
    Great beginning or finisher to a kettlebell workout for glutes.
    Shown with 48kg bell. Obviously use a weight suitable for your personal goal.
