They’re so different to say which is better, A10 is way superior for Air to Ground and much Slower then the Tomcat. Tomcat will be much more air to air focused but with air to ground as well but you’re not carrying as much as a10 and it’s mostly LGBs and dumb bombs. Tomcat will cruise much higher and faster
