Hi, just to give a positive update here.. so I was blocked everywhere by SP a few days back.. I started this method and on the 2nd day itself, that was yesterday I met SP in the most unlikely of places. It was not a call or a text, we actually met. The craziest thing is we have no chances of meeting because he lives in a totally different place!! But last night we bumped into each other in a restaurant and both of us were shocked!! Every time I try to manifest my sp, I get really bad intrusive thoughts because of my mental illness and it would be nice to have some advice on how to act upon that. Yes, I know I should just look at the thought and send it away but sometimes it's just really hard to do so
Try meditation. Look up ocean breathing. Very effective to calm thoughts.
