Since watching this video, I got laid off from a job I was not happy with and I was barely getting any hours. I am struggling to get on my feet alone and no one wants hire me even though I know I still have a lot to offer. Even at 56. That would be amazing to do mirror manifesting , stand in the mirror , look into your eyes breathing three deep breaths and get excited raise your vibration and say two truths one desire and one more fact and while looking into your eye say it and move on and if you walk past it again do it again why not ? And then write it down and then just say it while your walking around during the day .

How do you handle somthing that you want to get read off? For example an chronic illness that you want to get rid off specifically? It harder for me to create afirmation on a thing i want to get rid off without remind it in the afirmation...for example, i want to get rid of autoimmune disease. Start with " I am grateful for my health" you'll start noticing the health that you do have left, it will start growing as you focus more n more on it, as long as your illness isnt something acute that you need urgent medical care for, shifting the focus away does help in recovering
