T80u and bvm better, then t90a to get t72b3, it's the worst top tier ussr tank but it's still really good, it's just slow and the turret is slow and the reload is slower but it has amazing thermals, armor is great and 3bm60, so at first get bvm then make your way to t72b3,
T80bvm>t72b3>t80u>t90a in my opinion although t80u and b3 is arguable if you like faster reverse and faster reload more

Best tank is the T-80 BVM enemies will have tough time to pen you and you have decent reverse speed (compared to T-72,T-90)
