Anyone else screaming at the screen to PICK IT OUT?!?!
I’m screaming that looks like possible MRSA and needs a doctor
Yesss
They have a doctor on staff he sees all patients they are all licensed technicians and no you dont know this better than anyone of them.
She did remove it in the end.
I'm screaming Get The Tweezers!!!! Then 😮
This is a really serious situation. This person should be having antibiotic therapy and specialized wound care.
Yes. I think it’s a staph infection and may need Bactrim or another similar antibiotic. What was that laser thing in the end?
I think that's why it's being done at a clinic That has doctors and nurse practitioners
that may b a cyst if it is this is all for nothing. u have to remove hte sac. which takes a dermatologist.
Thiis is not in the united states. They may be able to get antibiotics over the counter. In many counries they have access. The US doesn't because big pharma is greedy.
@SW-oy5zw Liking your comment about big pharma. It's all about money, money, money in the United States.
could have saved a lot of time and inflammation by removing the fibrin plug with some tweezers or something
Most of that was what was left of the capsule.
I kept yelling, "Tweezers! TWEEZERS!" at the screen.
@@MillieStLouie cut and drag it out. tweezers don`t work on soft blobs

Absolutely! Take the plug out then the rest would have come out without all that squeezing.
I can’t even imagine how painful this must have been!!!
It's frozen prolly didn't feel too much

This is a job for the ER, not the nail salon.
It’s not a nail salon. You’re ignorant.
The patient may not be able to afford ER prices.
This tech probably did a better job than a rushed ER. Antibiotics are what are missing. We really don't know the circumstances -- is there an ER or doctor available to this young woman, does she have the money to pay, etc.
Yeah, this could be MRSA.
No the tech did not do a better job than a doctor. She is going to scar terribly and the cyst will reform. She needed a proper clean out and sutures
This person needs a course of antibiotics. I would love to see the follow up
The person attempting to treat this isn't a doctor. In fact, they've had no medical training whatsoever.
The follow up is probably a pedicure...
@@walksonland1977 @BrittanyStewart-ni4sc Wow, you people are so uninformed and so rude. Many of these clients are actually referred to Hien by dermatologists when they have tried their treatments with little results. Not to mention that Hien has the ability to recommend antibiotics as they are available over the counter in Vietnam. Please try to learn before you speak like you know everything.
I totally agree with you. I would love to have seen the follow up and the course on antibiotics. Well that goes for a lot of them.!
An excellent comment thank you👍🏼🌺🇨🇦
а не лучше с такими фуруекулами к хирургу обратиться и под анестезией-аккуратный разрез и зашить, чем мять и давить?
Гнойные раны вроде не зашивают
This is NOT something a person needs to be put under anesthesia for. This is a routine non-invasive procedure that is done in the office with a local anesthetic. There is minimal risks to this procedure. A patient should only be put under anesthesia when medically necessary. Your life is always at risk when going under for surgery. Even happens with the best doctors, no one truly knows when your heart can or will just give up

I had MRSA twice. This is what the wound looks like during draining process. Needs some very strong antibiotics. My first bout with MRSA ended up progressing to sepsis and an extended stay at the hospital.
Sorry about your MRSA and Sepsis issues, sounds like a very painful and frightening time. Hope you are healed and well
❤
If you've ever seen MRSA then you recognize this. It's not something for a pimple picker to be messing with!
MRSA and normal staph infections look the same. You can't deduce whether it's an antibiotic resistant strain just by looks, all the more in a patient that didn't even receive any antibiotics.
@@wildchildatheart bad area for infection
Also! Horrible pain. 😢
I love a good pimple-popping video as much as the next man but, this job calls for a trained medic or surgeon and a healthy helping of antibiotic plus iodine infused wound packing and follow up appointments at a wound care clinic if possible (as a side note the iodine should go on before opening with a scalpel)
Dude this channel has videos that have subtitles in english. I do believe this teaching school. they explained their procedures, and they have a trained doctor at their clinic/spa. From what seen clients come out with great results. The people don't even look like before afterwards if they continue to treatment it.
Definitely not a doctor doing this procedure

I had this once but it was in between my eyes. Was hospitalized for five days on IV antibiotics. It was a cellulitis infection. Both my eyes puffed up. They didn’t drain it. Kinda wish they did.
I did as well right side below eyebrow had to get hospitalized as well and an IV drip. Left a scar.

i had a cyst right in the middle of the forehead. mine wasnt infected or inflamed. and they just cut open removed the sac sewed it shut. nothing since. i took mederma skin scar cream. i also would get boils sometimes. they are all different. a boil is basically a very big zit. can me dangerous but not really. mine would usually pop in my sleep when i would turn over on my head half asleep it would be such high pressure. when i slammed my head down on the pillow it would just burst everywhere cause of the pressure. so not very dangerous. cysts arnt either. but u need to worry about scarring. other stuff idk.
This is a huge boil
А мазь нанести на сутки, которая вытянула бы весь гной, нельзя было?

Everyone should know that Hien's Spa has a dermatologist on staff who is also her husband there so I'm sure the patient is getting the best care possible and the laser goes in after the extraction and kills all the underlying bacteria and I'm sure she was given antibiotics the moment she hit the door.
Possibly had antibiotics before this extraction also. I hope the patient is feeling much better.
This is reassuring.
These serious infections need to be seen in a medical setting and not a "spa." This is extremely poor technique, causing pain and scaring, as well as inadequate control of the infection. You sound like a promotional Ad.
@@scientistatwork4667this is a medical procedure. This is an aesthetic medicine and they are better doctors than GP. Also this orange stuff looks like antibiotics to me, and laser is the best to kill everything lurking inside. Also it will remove any scar

MRSA …. Staph infection, Needs antibiotics
Can you imagine how painful this was? Def MRSA
Can't know if something is MRSA or staph without testing.
@999jane this was done under a doctor's supervision. Health care in Vietnam is unlike that in the US
@@54321LolaThe size of an infection does not tell you if it’s MRSA. You have to test it to find out. That’s all that person was saying.
@@54321Lola OMG…can you read? The person you were originally replying to just said you can’t know if that’s MRSA by looking at it, you have to test it. That was all. No one said it doesn’t look infected. You do know that not all skin infections are caused by Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus, right? You know how you’d find out what specific bacteria is causing an infection? By taking a swab, isolating the bacteria and running a sensitivity test to know which antibiotics are sensitive to that bacteria. Please get a little medical background before spouting off at ppl in the comments.
Wow, that was awesome. She works with a doctor now and has said in the past all of her clients must take antibiotics. She did a great job.
I'm interested in a follow up after the treatment. There was a large amount of purulent drainage before the center was extracted. I hope the infection was treated.
Imagine this in the US!😂 Person would be under local, if not general anesthesia, dermatologist would be doing a biopsy cutting the entire thing out and plastic surgeon would be stitching it up, IV until they went home with a month of antibiotics. God Bless the USA!;)
That's the most beautiful/ disgusting extraction I've seen in awhile WOW Great Work 👌
Tweezers?
I know exactly what you mean😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

She did drain 2 carbuncles recently. They look even yukkier.
Apart from the fact it was on her head, and highly likely to spread to the brain,, should have been in hospital.

Не дай бог с такой раной попасть к такому врачу😢
so relieved when finally everything cleared out .... huge sigh of relief. I would love to learn from a medical professional the medicinal reason why pressing the infection out rather than using a surgical tool to pull what looked like a soft mass out? thanks! :)
LONG before I went to Nursing school my momma showed both my brother & I how to take care of a boil! 24-36 hrs of hot packing (clean cloth wet w/hot water & applied to site for 10 min 4 x a day) would have: 1) brought healing white blood cells to the site; ) SOFTENED the boil; 3) SOFTENED the plug; 4) allowed a much more thorough evac of the pus AND the plug! Also, MUCH LESS PAIN!

I'm all for a good "pop" which this was but that was no pimple or cyst...as others said a boil or MRSA, that must of hella hurt. @@user-hn6fr6gq8t that is not a pimple. Secondly, that is not how to deal with a lump that size.

Probably had local anaesthetic as the woman wasn't moving her head in pain.
1, No anesthesia and extremely painful for the patient.
2. Improper technique, which needs surgical incision and drainage performed by a qualified Dr, and not a poorly trained "aesthetician."
3. Cultures need to be taken of the infection so that proper antibiotics can be prescribed.
4. This is likely a Staphylococcus aureus infection. As the wound is on the head, and close to the Central Nervous System, the wound requires care and follow up. Toxins can allow the bacteria to spread beneath the skin and the redness around the wound is very concerning.
5. Don't do this yourself, and especially if you have a boil or worse on your head/neck region.

MRSA or spider bite. That plug is just necrotic tissue.
@@TheDragonA64 It's the exact tissue that is pulled from a carbuncle or furuncle. Nothing like a spider bite.

ONE OF THE BEST POP VIDEO EVER THANKS
will the hole be full and no pitted scar?
Que malo en vez de hacer tanto teatro y carnicería con una pinza lo hubieses hecho desde el principio para extraer el tapón
You are always so gentle and professional. I just love all the comments trying to tell you how to remove the plug first. Made sense to wait so there was not as much bleeding. Once the plug is gone it does bleed more. Love your work
This was not a situation requiring gentleness. This person had a very serious infection and the constant pressing on the area around the cyst could have furthered the infection.
That's staff infection. It always jellies the tissue and leaves a big hole when it's pulled out. It normally happens after being on antibiotics for a few days.
A "staff" infection? Seriously, shut up, sit down.
А они не знают, что существует пинцет?
Excellent video ❤❤
Я вообще не понимаю, как можно с такой " проблемой " идти к косметологу . Только в больницу.
Wounds like these should be treated by medical doctors - a beauty procedure is insufficient and dangerous. Btw, this is a staph infection and removing the plug first (i.e. with TWEEZERS or by picking it out) would have spared the person a lot of pain. I hope she got antibiotics afterwards.
これはあまりいい動画じゃなかったかも…彼女が痛みなく回復することを願います
This wasnt a pimple this was an infected cyst. It needed to be excised by a doctor and cultured avd treated with antibiotics. And definitely not lazer therapy on thevgaping hole it left behind. Also the dark purple that was above it this could have been much much worse as skin cancer lesions look similar
каков процент осложнений? какова выживаемость?
Omg. Tjos definitely something a dr should be doing. This needs e tremendous medication.
what not to do....
While I appreciate the gentleness, I just have one thing to add....TWEEZERS!!
I’m SO THANKFUL that the comments weren’t blocked!! I knew everyone had to be on the same page!!! Yikes!!!!!
I’m not sure why they didn’t irrigate the wound with antibiotics but I think that would have been a good idea . I hope they turn out ok.
This is a lesson in how not to deal with such a lesion! The virtually unending application of inordinate pressure leads to risk of extravasation, or infiltration of surrounding healthy tissue with pus and comedone material. Enlarge the opening or at least attempt to pull out the plug, not explode it out with compressive force.
Absolutely. Good way to ensure more infection and pain. I doubt any measurements of the wound were taken.
Do they have an aversion to tweezers?
Do they cause more damage on purpose so the patient needs to pay more?
Questions! Questions!
If that is Hein working at her clinic, they know exactly what they are doing.
Yea- what Andrew-pm5bg said. That hole should be packed with iodoform and it’s still big because that’s inflammation already in her tissue and they are just working it up to a good flash point! Yikes ! I have had history of MRSA and tried to do this at home ( even better lol) but ended up in hospital. But I do like to watch it!!!
That poor patient, a Stubborn Mass in there! Thanks to You Both, and for the Translation of Your Comprehensive Treatments, Much Appreciated. 😊
Is this person still alive???? That is not a normal zit or cyct. The location, the triangle of death, if that infection or cancer hits her brain..... very concerning!
It is just an infected pimple. No danger to her brain unless the infection goes systemic.
LOL
Lmao! That was awesome thank you. How did she do that without pain meds ; do they hit some opium first ?? Seriously that is massive pain !! You made me laugh ty !!

What is the deal at the end? The laser?
Tweezers are amazing
This needs a physician s care. Like right away, no putting it off.
Pull the plug out with a pair of tweezers. Never fully emptied.
I wanted to see it come out
I agree that it looks a little bit like a bite.
This was a doctor doing this? Why didn't they use a scalpel to open the hole? All that squeezing probably hurt by the looks of how infected the lesion is. Took forever to remove the core. Could have did that at home.
