Video was shot in Iceland and a bunch of his videos are like movies. Lots of Easter 🐣's in them. Us Outcasts call it the NF Journey. Seeing Nate's story from front to back will give you a better understanding and it let's you see his progression. Nate has had no alcohol or drug addiction. He has had some trauma happen in his childhood and was addicted to the pain.🤍🖤

"taste of the fame" is a reference to one of his songs called "No Name". NF is known for not condoning substance usage. You can see that more in another of his songs called "how could you leave us?", which you should totally react to.

Subbed for the NF journey. There are a few different "lists" of what that includes - some of them can be pretty extensive. It's worth the trip, but don't feel like you have to do ALL of them on your channel. There are some critical points though along the way that'll be worth putting up though for sure.

You need to listen to “Nate” to get his back story and “Mansion” to get where he is coming from the “notepad” to learn his relationship with his pen, after that, go anywhere you want down his rabbit holes as they are DEEP!!!!

Nf ...Ren....Upchurch..and tom mcdonald ..I call the big 4 ....not thats theres not many other major singers out there hopsin dax etc...... but these 4 make music anyone can relate to
when he said "got a taste of the fame had to pump my stomach", he's referring to fame. He does not want to be famous. He purposefully doesn't do things to try and reduce how famous he becomes.

Nate's taste of fame has him against the industry. He's an Independent artist. He grew up 35 minutes from me. #MichiganHipHop #Gladwin
He's not independent
He has a long association with Capital Christian Music Group (or Capital CMG for short). Capital CMG is a subsidiary of Capital Records, a byproduct of when they bought EMI.
He was signed to Capital CMG during Mansion and Therapy session, but moved to NF Real Music which is distributed by Caroline Records (another Capital Records subsidiary).
As far as I'm aware, his song writer proceeds are still handled by capital CMG, as is Tommee Profitt's.
His publishing company appears to be NF Real Publishing, for which Capital CMG handles the proceeds
Most songs will stand on their own, but there are bits in later songs that referance previous. The pump my stomach is that he achieved some fame, thought it would bring him a sense of satisfaction but he found it to be hollow, there had to be a more worth while reason to do what he's doing.
