I'm 25 rn, work 60 hours at my day-job and 10-15+ hours on building a business, while going to the gym 4 times a week, trying to sneak in some hours to learn and read books about the topics on my business and interests and maintain close relationships to my loved ones. The only time I CAN play is on a sunday evening for maybe 3 hours max. Let me tell you.. TWICE I sold my PC's to get rid of the gaming-habit, and after 4 weeks both times, I got more and more miserable even tho I didn't turn them on for MONTHS. I end up getting a PS5 just to play story/singleplayer games because I couldn't care less about movies or series, but a good story game is always my choice. Also, I don't give a f* if a woman looking down on me just because I enjoy playing a good story more then them watching some BS Drama Show. Yeah, you shouldn't play 10h+ every day, and you shouldn't only go to the gym and tell yourself "you are improving".
