She went to heaven (light). He went to a place of desolation.
The ending is left for us we can assume anything👍brilliant.
I assume that she died and he is chasing her in the wrong direction of life i mean sadness

This is really good. I enjoyed it.
I felt that this short story was great. There is a little bit of criticism though. I believe that this story is a good start, but I believe that it could be finished. There wasn't much character development because the character seemed to be just beckoned forward by a noise (telephone). Good work on the photography standpoint. Hope this helped!
Thanks for watching and the feedback, I agree there is little development in the character and is something I have learnt a lot from. I think the main point in making the film was the visual element which is needed, but story is more impotent. Thanks. Rob.

im making a short film that has a self standing door where the person disappears also. could you link a tutorial that is similar to how you guys did your door with the guy walking through and disappearing?
We used a clean plate and some warp effects. If you search for something like the Nightcrawler effect, it should give you a good introduction to the technique.

Watched it thrice and 'Road' is by far the best Short Film that you guys ever made.(C&A:Available on this channel).Where was the location? it just looked stunning..
I agree with you it looks great, but our storytelling has definitely improved since making this film. The Road was an unused Road which was closed and the other location was a quarry.

The door was from my Dad, he's got a bunch of them from years ago. The frame was something we built and attached. Here is a video explaining some of the process of building it - ruclips.net/video/qmZohqRf-X4/видео.html
Such an intentional film and I can tell allot of effort was put into the creation of this⚡ from everything to the angles, bokeh and the colour and everything great job!! I just dropped a short film and would really appreciate a critique from someone who's obviously experienced. Great vid again man :)🤘🏾
that was amazing! Great job, but I gotta tell you I think you need to work on sound mixing. I mean sound is there but I dont know it kinda drown attention to it self. Otherwise fantastic short!

The Film Look Well you can't do nothing about weather :) I just watched that film, big improvement in sound, I also loved that car shot in rearview mirror, kinda remained me of "On My Way" short horror film. Just keep doing great work guy's :)

What equipment was used for the shooting of this film?
Also this was very cool.
The film was shot on a old blackmagic cinema camera 2.5k. It was shoot all in RAW too.

Good work fellas. I gotta say the cinematography was the winner here and I would assume that was a goal with the obscure story. I do have a couple criticisms here and they're purely constructive. One is sound, I know you've probably heard this the most. Two is the shot with the key, the hand looked over exposed. This is maybe my least favorite part. And last was just a note on editing. I believe the hand one the girl's shoulder would have been better if it happened before she said she had to go. That's it. Great work!
Thank you for the feedback and I agree with you one these comments. The sound is something that we learnt from and in our latest short film Keep The Change, the sound is a lot better. Check it out and let us know what you think.
The cinematography was defiantly the goal to this film, and it does lack story. Just need to find the balance next time.

why didn't he tried to lock-unlock the door again? To repeat the same process he made to even "enter" this place.. not bad. But I think you could do better. ;)

I did make it with a story in mind, but the story is open to interpretation. What did you take away from it?
The Film Look well going by the scenario i believe the door is a cinematic representation of life.. we don't know what is going to come next .So in that process we get trapped in something from which it is almost impossible to retrieve..
