- A lot of people have asked me if I was going to go on a weight loss journey, using a drug like Ozempic. My doctor decided the best drug would be Zepbound, which is the latest weight loss drug so on this day, I begin my journey to finally lose weight.

Im 71 and my gf wasnt alive during 911. Completely legal and the younger generations I find suck better, are easily manipulatable, and dont have baggage. My late father, that grew up when blacks were considered second class and separated, if he was alive today, would never believe it if I told him a old afro american like me could get with a 19 year old slim blonde white girl. He would have expected me to end up with a black girl around my age but they are always complaining and nagging. Younger white women understand us older black folks and understand how hard it is for us in this country. Dont hate white men neither. In fact I thank God everyday that they let my grandpapy in, freed us, and gave us their women and a better life. God bless you CrucialAstronomy. Take it from me, i was 500lbs at my heaviest, 1 year later I have transformed myself Down to 202lbs (without surgery might i add) and I was also a food addict, i had 15,000 cals a day. Anybody who is looking for inspiration to lose weight, don’t watch this man anymore, unless if you’re looking for inspiration of how not to do it and how not to go in this path in life.

I'm late. But here's a fun fact about psychedelics. They can help and cure certain mental health issues BUT you have to put in the work to change.
