That fish would benefit from a larger tank. It might survive in that tank, but not thrive. And you'd be doing less water changes if filtration was good enough for the tank and not overfeeding (easy to accidentally do with fish). And goldfish have a large bioload as is (more waste). A bigger tank, proper filtration, and they don't need decoration as much as people think. You could get some live plants (will help with water quality and oxygen, too), but he might rip some up/cause them to float. You could find a bigger tank through fish forums/marketplace/lots of rummage sales going on now with warmer weather. Also, some pet stores will have sales by the the gallon (like $1 per gallon). Best of luck! At the end of the day, it's your pet. A lot of people neglect bettas and goldfish because they see them in small tanks and think it's okay, but it's not really healthy for them.

The emoji dog toys lol🤣! They are tiny, squeeky toys for the little dogs so it is the perfect size and it is fun to squeek. I hope the fish gets better and it is good to know that some fish decorations can be dangerous. If I get some fish I should be more careful of the decorations. People assume fish decorations are made safely for fish but obviously that is not always completely safe and people are just guessing how safe the decorations are for fish and other animals. This was/is fun and relaxing to watch and listen to. Yes to ghost hunting and spooky.
