I would like to see many more videos like this, maybe even a spin-off "Nomad Capitalist Retiree" for people who aren't so much looking to move businesses out of the US, UK or EU. Some of us simply want to divide time off-shore beyond taking a two-week vacation, but without pulling up stakes in places like New York, London, or Paris. Where are longer-term visitors who haven't burned their bridges back home treated best? This video certainly makes Georgia look like an attractive choice.

Extremely overvalued and overpriced country. I like Georgia and one of the draws has always been that it only costs a fraction of what more sophisticated and developed countries would cost. When prices start to appear to be on par with (or more than) places like Montenegro or Spain, we need to take a step back and reassess the value of such a place. To be certain, Georgia is not even remotely close to Montenegro, Spain, Italy, Croatia, etc. in terms of quality of life or products. I smell a short lived bubble. Do not buy property there or invest there at those absurd prices. They are almost certain to crash.

There was a mandate when we got here in September to wear them even outside. Some people received a small fine for noncompliance but over time we saw less and less people wearing them in the streets. Required to enter a store, the mall restaurants. Temperature is taken in a lot of those places as well. As everywhere else some places are more lax than others.
There was a 10 pm curfew for dining in as well that has been pushed back to 11 pm.
One gym did ask for vacks proof but also accepted antibodies. Haven’t seen or heard of further mandates yet but their supply is very low. They are just getting started it seems like. Hoping it doesn’t go to the extreme. You can still enter with a test last I checked.

@@comegowithme Thanks for tuning in, and your intel!
I heard someone say that with a recent change(s) in government, green passes were being "thought" of.
So I guess no big mention of it yet right, since you do not mention it?
