I get Anton's point, but he needs to understand that this generation doesn't fall for high-level political games. They're more 'woke' and aware of the 'rabbit hole.' The young man tried to articulate this, but his fear of ridicule held him back. Those who see through the smoke and mirrors know presidential politics are deeper and often irrelevant. It's the same bird with different wings. Voting for local leaders isn't the same as voting for the White House.
This attitude is not restricted to the black community only, other communities are the same when it comes to voter apathy.
Why would we be worried about 'other" people? We too far behind to be concerned with others. Why not be concerned with progressing amongst others rather than being content with suffering with others?

You should look up Constitutional Republic vs a democracy.
I pay more attention to local politics. The judges and DA's are the reason crime is so high with the slap on the wrist to certain situations.
Don't forget about the school board. Even if you don't have children, a HUGE chunk of our taxes go to public schools.

The average person sees modern society as too complex and too far gone for them to have a real influence. People feel overwhelmed and uninspired to get involved in politics.
I got a question. As of today, black people don't vote right. Is there a time when we voted in large numbers?? If so, what was the results of those elections?
None of these people know the history of politics. The problem with older millennials is that they don’t understand the history of our nation’s economy or how these political parties have become crowd funding organizations for a foreign entity that I won’t mention. Your vote don’t matter in the grand scheme. I want everybody in this comment section to read “The Protocols of the Elders of Zion”. It’s a 1903 publication that’s the play book of people we can’t mention. This country went to shit during the “lost generation” Public education was made for labor workers only & higher education doctrines are built on the work of this foreign entity to ensure the population always aligns with them even when they think they are being radicalized. It’s like the film “1984”. Fiat currency & social security was started years apart from the federal reserve, these 3 major practices that Plague us today was started all in the same decade (1910s) & it’s not in the constitution.
This country got overthrown at the start of the 20th century (1900s) by outsiders & we just voting on parties who’s main objective is to take the same road to reach the same goal of the outside entity controlling the American population nationally & locally. Anton get on here talking about young people not voting, working & don’t want to work but haven’t had a show yet that breaks down this nation’s economic or political history because it not an interest or he know he’ll be demonetized. Getting a higher education degree doesn’t make you the smartest person in the room, it makes you the most trained in the "controlled" field you studied. If u read the book that these bankers/merchants/tricksters wrote you’ll understand why this nation won’t get better. Years ago media was saying Black American wealth will be at zero by 2053. Its not just black people that don't vote, its most of Americans! It is sad that only 27% of eligible black voters voted in 2020 yet we complain the most that the Government isn't doing anything to help the black community! Why would they when we don't let our voices be heard through voting? If we want the government to do more we need to get our % of voters up to what white voters have which isn't great but way better at 43% then the % of black voters! Also every other racial group in America have a lower % of eligible voters voting than blacks so! We here in America love to complain about the government but are to lazy to actual go out and vote to bring about the change we want! We just witnessed what not voting can lead to when the not so supreme court rule that a president is above the laws of the country that everyone else has to abide by or be punish if we break those laws!
I will admit i haven't voted in the last two presidential elections bor for anyone in my city (Chicago) in the last 6-8 years. My only excuse is i don't line any of the candidates locally that we have to choose from. The majority of them are untrustworthy and dishonest. We also have this problem where many people inherit their positions because of their family/connections/money. In the hood im in we have about 4 aldermen more than any other neighborhood in the city. And they aren't on task with each other. I do keep myself informed on whats happening and i have beey thinking a lot this past year about how i haven't voted. The thing that's discouraging me is yhe fact that us black Americans aren't paying attention. My neighborhood has been 95% black for over 40 years now there a ton of illegal immigrants that moved in and are taking over. Buying homes, establishing families, and building businesses. I wish we were on the same accord. Politics really does run this country. When you look at the history of the Italian and Jewish mobsters, they went straight to politics and city/state/government jobs (as low as controlling garbage men) as a means for establishing their power

Im a 32yo Chicagoan as well who lived all over the nation & more public schools are closing nationally & more prisons are being built. Georgia's cop city will be finished this decade as well. people born 1983 & prior had executive orders that made their life better. they wasn't competing with the world for jobs in the U.S. like we are. Higher education enrollment was better because these schools even took in students with low gpas to give them a fighting chance in the job market. The most grants went out for Genx. The largest influx of so called Black immigrants came in under the Obama years. we are in a age were corporate & big tech companies don't want BAs as workers but Africans & Caribbeans. Americans born in the late 80s to early 90s in the know are peeping its harder today then the past & the elders are like at least its not us. voting dont do shit. community does
