I wanted to be a plastic surgeon...so I entered my first Biology class with nothing but excitement and then I left thinking “ISSA NO FOR ME". I quickly ran over to the Business School as fast as I could because I realized that just because I loved my Anatomy class in High School, doesn't mean that pursuing a career as a surgeon is best suited for a long term career.
I went on to graduate from Quinnipiac University in 2017 with a degree in Business Management and Computer Information Systems. While in college I was accepted into the Google Internship program and Rolls-Royce internship program.
I now work at Google NYC full-time in the Creative Lab, and before that, I worked as a Tech Intern Sourcer and before that, I worked as a Google Adwords Account Strategist!
I’ve learned a lot along the way on how to be successful in your career journey, and through Hayles Consulting I will help you do the same.

Your career advice rocks! However, I'm scared to talk to my manager about the new idea I'm working on because he will turn around and tell someone else on my team to execute my idea. He's very passive aggressive and crushes my idea all the time. I realize I need to go to my upper manager for ideas then share it with the team. Any thoughts about this scenario?
