I saw this video had come out when I was work today and was so excited to watch it because I’m in the process of setting up my first appointment with a local hormone doctor! I finally feel ready to cross that bridge and I know it’s something I want to do for myself. I’m so glad I allowed myself to get to that point on my own. I will share with you a few sentences that I follow and it goes out for good ... Maybe some of you will like it ....

I've been on HRT for about a year and a half and my transition, both physically and mentally, has been really similar to yours! The difference is that I don't really get emotional too often, only when I need to.. love your videos! 😃
