Well, this has me convinced that my stick vac purchase will be the Dyson. Don't get me wrong I love Shark and I own a Shark upright. However, I have been doing my homework lately on a cordless stick vac. I have been watching demonstrations and reviews (there are so many different types to choose from) Through it all, Dyson is proving itself to be the real winner. I had wanted Shark to be a viable candidate so badly, but unfortunately, it is not. Thank you for your informative videos T!
Both dyson and shark suck, shark has bearing issues where it clogs and melts on the brushroll, same with dyson. Not to mention the fact that both machines can clog easily, just a little bit harder with dyson.
@@Captain_Eggnog That isn't true. Dyson's are solid cordless bagless vacs that require the least maintenance. The only negatives for Dyson are the non-easily removable batteries on most models, though the official batteries are as good as any so they last a while and there are a lot of cheap 3rd party batteries available. The older V6.7,8 motors seem to last forever.
@@blakaeg I mean I have shark cordless iz202 which is brilliant for hard floors.. but I do use and nz801uk corded on the carpets , as since I have 3 dogs no cordless has ever kept up with the dog hair.
The newest Shark cordless is pretty good from what I hear, but honestly any duoclean model, corded or cordless, is going to be a disappointment when it comes to deep cleaning carpets, because you sacrifice good agitation for exceptional hard cleaning performance. Duocleans are unbeat for cleaning hard floors, but they just fail at deep cleaning carpets. Also if I were you, I would return this model, especially if you're unhappy with it, and that's coming from a Shark fan. I don't know how easy the return process for an online order is but I would definitely look into it
Get a sebo or miele canister, even with their entry level canisters, as long as you have the power brush head it will demolish everything else (except for higher end models and central vacs) sebo e1 - 3 or miele c1 - 3
I really don’t like Shark cordless machines!!!!! So noisy, big and heavy!! No proper cyclone system either. These are so loud in the shop, I can only imagine how it would sound indoors! It’s amazing what good advertising does to people!
Wow I absolutely loved the sound 😮 great crunch!

Dysons cordless vacs suck, especially on carpet
Thanks for reviewing this for us,but I just can't get used to these stick vacs 😊
Nice test! Would love to see a head to head shark vs dyson mess test 😁
Sharks would loose
Also he already did that with the stratos
Funny thing, most English people say all over Facebook that Sharks are the best vacuums, better than Dysons etc :D

@@Captain_Eggnog aren’t they meant to suck? 🤔

How cool 😎
Did you hear about the new Henry quick pro? Btw I have one and I love it❤️xx Also where did you get this? Also the IZ300UK is better than this.
Sharks use a cheap YDK motor, you can also hear it in the video
Definetly the new shark cordlesses are better, i don’t think they make that one anymore. But even so it should still pick up better.
And instead of the second charger they should of sent a new battery 😂😂
I have a stratos, it sucks compared to the nv351. Just that vacuum also is mid
I think the newer Sharks are just as rubbish!

My grandma has a similar vacuum cleaner to this
That "acrobat mode" will be great for getting under the bed!
we had a shark, bloody awful thing!. - terrible vacuum, we have a vax cordless upright pet now, get one and test it, you will love it!.
