Azarenka's grunt sounds like a melody in comparison with Stevanovic's one
They're both horrible. And Vika changed it up a couple of years ago, grunting lower. Proves it is intentional.

Stevanovic is the GOAT…of grunting. It’s not even grunting, she hits a soft slice backhand and lets out a bloodcurdling scream like a banshee being attacked by a chainsaw. Half a second later as her opponent hits the ball she is still completing the follow through on her howl! ☠️

Oh my gosh, that grunt is worse than Azarenka’s. What is wrong with that girl? She is hitting a slice and grunting literally until Azarenka hits the ball. Not to mention the drastic pitch change during it. This has to be the worst grunt in WTA history. It’s giving Safina mixed with Larcher De brito and Martinez Sanchez.

What would Wozniacki say about Stevanovic if she had to play against her? I don't usually complain about grunting (no trouble with Serena, Maria, Vika, ...) but come on, this is pure hindrance. She grunts low pitched, but then she becomes even louder and higher during a point. And she is still grunting when, Azarenka is hitting the ball.
This match is all about whose grunt is less annoying. I vote for Azarenka.

I’m not the one who complains all day about grunts, but I have to say this stevanovic scream is an horrific one. She really seems to try distract Vicky with it cause it seems she plays like an amateur.

Weird how slow the grass matches have become, I guess all the technology on raquets, balls and even the surface have changed It, I have to admit I really miss how It used to be (how the players had to change a lot from playing on clay to grass).

I was trying to figure out why she couldn't read those shots they were clearly telegraphed also when she drop a shot and Meca dropped back on her. How do you see her slice and don't start running? We read strokes and shoulders when you see her arm go up it is Topspin and if the arm drops it is a slice run as you see the chop like a horse out the gate! lol Tennis!!!!
