Hi Guys,
If you could call or text me would you? I mentioned it before here on the channel, but I want to see what is easiest for everyone iMessage, Whatsapp, or maybe another app? Please let me know, especially for those of you who actually want to talk to me directly. So anyway back to Wellness Month! It's the 9th of January and I've seen so many of you sharing detox recipes, but no one has been tagging me in any of their workouts, so tell me who here has been focusing on their physical fitness?
The most important part of my morning skincare routine is consistency. I try to make my morning routine into a ritual that I prioritize into my daily life which helps me fight breakouts and dryness, two things that I struggle with during the winter. My skin dryness causes rashes on my face and during the winters I've found it hard to have clear skin because I'm on a plane almost every week, but my skincare goal for 2020 is keep up my routines no matter where I am or what I am doing. I hope you guys do the same.
I've also started getting certain treatments on a more regular schedule which has shown amazing results for me. When I get a facial now I've started trying out different treatments like facial cupping & high frequency facials (need to learn more about this one), and of course extractions followed by a moisturizing treatment. I want to explore at home skincare hacks which I can share next month, but I'm also finishing up my research on DIY Skincare Masks so we can have our own spa time at home. I found a few matcha DIY masks that you guys are going to LOVE!

Short notice here: “natural skincare“ doesn't equal safe skincare! Please be careful with essential oils etc. in them because they can really be irritating!

Great point! I have two dermatologists in my family and they told me that one of the biggest issues people have is having bad reactions to various natural oils. They always say that just because something is natural, does not mean it is right for your skin~

Especially watch out for the whole lemon and sugar scrubs etc (can cause micro tears on the skin and age you faster).

I love this, I had my fist facial and I'm 32 it was amazzing! It was a microbrasion facial, and a chemical peels on my spot. But oh my did a purge after it it's been a month and I'm still getting alot of spots. 😱 I've been using retinoid on my spots it's great but do drying.

Yes! You should put on moisturizer or something moisturizing before the water dries on your face
I think she is not completely letting her face dry. I think it is to dampen her face for the moisturisers to be even more hydrating

Thank you for sharing your skincare routine even after having the small accident on your face. We girls actually tend to get insecure even when something minute happens to our face like a small pimple. I agree with you that sometimes a treatment is needed just because the extraction to get rid of pimples and white/blackheads is kinda difficult plus u need a pro to do that stuff. Love the vidd, Sanne!💖

Hi Sunne! Thanks a lot for this video and your valuable product recommendations. I saw the Price in Amazon and the serum Sturm it' a bit expensive. I' ve tried yaluronic sirum of different brands, that cost much less actually and i can say that the skin really changes and helps a lot for Hydration of the skin (especially for dry skin).

Hi Jenny! I'm not sure how they do it here in the US but back home smaller agencies called mother agencies handle placement at agencies around the world. Maybe that is a good place to start with local ones close to home where you can build a relationship.

The day you made the Tiktok! The treatment you got was fascinating. I love facials but yes, I agree that if you can do it at home it's not really worth paying for. I think sms is more universal for texting but don't take my word for it, lol.

Ashley B hi there! There will be 3 different oils like brightening, hydrating and calming. The hydrating one is a little more heavier than the calming for example so would be great to use if you have really dry skin. I love to use that right before I go to bed and wake up with smooth skin!:)
