What happens in your BRRRR strategy when interest rates drive down home prices and you're trying to refinance to values way below your initial assessment? Looking at 1 year prior currently only 2% higher than 2021 when you started project. Drop from 2022 peak has been $180k. BRRRR appears more attractive in last years market.
I live in Windsor near south Cameron the rents here have gone out of whack since Covid. A lot of people here do not make that kind of money and have been struggling to keep up. On average in 2019 a 2 bedroom went for no more than $900 here and now people are asking $1700? People who live here did not had a raise of 50% in their income. Really unfortunate situation average Joe who live, work and have families here are struggling to live in the city due to affordability and inflation
Hello @Aditya Can you help me to better understand what is the cost it comes to building houses from scratch given the land is already occupied just the cost per squarefeet to better understand. Or share the name / number of the person with whom I can follow up with as I am looking to get the house built in windsor closeby area london. Thank you.
I can see what he is telling it’s total of bull shit and making fool of people like us wanted to buy a property. The way he speaks totally resembles kind of black marketing
Wow...Amazing transformation
I found this video very interesting. Thank you.
Very informative. Having a builder partner with you is really advantageous. Otherwise contractors make a mess of all your plans.

That's when the bank says brrrrr right before they take the house and you're forced to declare bankruptcy 😂

Hey Aditya
The rents you are mentioned are very good. I might be interested in the windsor south area.

One more thing you said about getting 2 ADU approved along with the mainfloor is bit tough, how did you convince city to do that?
What is the cost to build a AYU in the backyard?
How can I install 2 stoves in basement the contractor saying it’s not allowed but I have made everything now.
