the sweet potato was raw and it's won't upset the tummy and this can go for commercial purpose well, we have used raw potatoes for several recipes and drinks

no specific measurements just as per what you can get...as for me, i love tigernut and that is the amount of tigernut i can afford at the moment...if i could get more, ofcourse i will add more...regarding the durability of the storage, well there are no preservatives, so drink should be ok within 24-48 hours inside the fridge unless when iced
