You are right about the name, yet I really liked how the movie looked, I didn't care much about the story, I can enjoy low budget movies, and the movie wasn't boring, and the camera work was actually way better than many movies today, not necessarily this scene but the movie as a whole, and it was made 20 years ago, thanks for correcting me, will fix the typo..
