The "Angels", three investigative agents (Barrymore, Diaz and Liu) who work for the Charles Townsend Detective Agency, return for another high-octane series of adventures as they investigate the theft of a database of witness protection profiles, after five of the people on the list are murdered. They're aided by a new Bosley (Bernie Mac), in an adventure which pits them against a "fallen angel" (Moore), their old nemesis, the Thin Man (Glover), and others.

I don't care what the others say. This was peak 2000's. Silly, fun and they look awesome fighting. That entrance from Madison Lee lives rent free in my head.

I met Demi Moore this year at a Madonna concert back in January. I asked her for a pic and she politely said no because the show was just about to start. So I said “okay that’s fine. I loved you in Charlie’s angels full throttle by the way.” She says “awe thank you so much.” She was so sweet in person. So lovely. And yes this is still one of my favorite roles of hers.❤️

that slow reveal was everything this is a really underrated franchise in my opinion i would've loved a third with this cast

I remember this too, it made me think Moore was much older than she is, they talked about her like she should be put into a home already. And I remember vividly there was a gossip rag with a full spread about all the surgeries she had done for this "comeback" (as if she had been withering away in a dungeon for 25 years), up to and including supposed KNEE REJUVENATION SURGERY ffs. The 00s were atrocious for women's body images

We deserved a 3rd movie
They had it planned Drew Barry who owns the rights to Angels cause she bought it was set to make another one but the studio didn’t go ahead because the box office for the second movie wasn’t all that great. Big shock to me cause I thought Full Throttle was so much better than the first.
Drew Barrymore I feel mentioned or was asked about Charlie’s angels 3 in her talk show ever since and apparently I saw an article in 2009 where she was interested to reprise her role but Cameron and Lucy didn’t feel interested

Even more than when Natalie says “Well your boss sucks.” I love the whip sound effect and the immediate “angels ass kicking pose” 😂 So epic and iconic.
The best thing about this was there was no secret hints at Madison Lee being the actual big bad. Until the Angels laid it out it all felt very disconnected. So having it turn and reveal Madison was such a big thing.
Let's not forget that the media was hounding Demi for this, saying she was too old, passed it, etc.
She was 40. And hotter than most of any us could hope to be at even 20.
