Welcome back Jacoby. You two remind me of my best friend and I. We have been best friends since 1955. We are both closing in on 77 but the friendship never has faltered.
Good to see Jacoby again! (Sorry if I misspelled your name!) I like all of your videos, but I must admit my favorites are the summertime videos when your fishing and swimming in and at the creek. I enjoy watch Earl, and Bella, and sometimes Bear down at the creek with you. These boys will cherish this time someday.
Love seeing how much fun the boys are having and how you are teaching and spending time with them. There are so many dads who never do this with their kids!
I loved watching the boys swing and drop into the creek. Brought back memories. Loved the smile on Houston’s face when he was running and then slid Loved that. Hope they will stay loving the creek forever!!
I honestly don't think Houston will ever grow out of loving the creek, hunting, and all of that. He'll develop other interests like all kids do as they grow up, but just from seeing his passion of all that stuff I think it'll always be in him.
I love to see these young men grow up a lot like I did. Rope swings, creeks, bluegills, minnow traps and all the fun things. They will always remember the time you have spent with them and all you have taught them.
I just love watching Houston & Jacoby ... not doing anything special, but just being boys, doing what boys do... hanging w/ Dad, etc. They are such nice, respectful fellas. Thank you for raising such wonderful kids yourself and providing a place where your children's friends are safe and engaged.

Daniel, I was raised at the tail end of the "children should be seen but not heard" era. The attention you and Deejay give your children and their friends and the time and participation you afford them is absolutely beautiful. Daniel I give you mega credit for spending quality time with the kids. Teaching them so many life lessons and just enjoying the outdoors. Especially respecting the creek and all it provides. I grew up around rivers and lakes in Wisconsin and it’s the best. Swimming,boating and fishing all these activities help them grow. ❤️ and happy times.
I love watching the whole lot of you playing at the creek! Bella, Earl, Houston, Jacoby, and yes you too Daniel! LOL. I think your the biggest kid of them all. My Nephew and his cousin went fishing today and cought some monster rainbow trout. The boys were sure having a great time.
So glad the “boys of summer” are back. I miss seeing Jacoby. It is like he hibernates all winter and comes back bigger and stronger every years. He is always so good at catching fish. Houston, I didn’t see the baby snake, but baby venomous snakes are still venomous. Be careful.

Daniel, u are so right to cherish those days u have on the creek with the boys, n I know for a fact that jacoby mom appreciates it as well, keeping him out of bad stuff per say, it’s hard enough to raise kids these days, I always shoved my two boys outside too, we lived in the country as well. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
What an amazing day for you, Houston and Jacoby. I grew up like you Daniel. My brothers and i doing things like this with our dad. The boys grew out of it. I never did. As a daddy's girl and a bit of a tomboy i loved and still love creeks, rivers, lakes and anything to do with the outdoors. My kids had fishing pools as soon as they could walk. We still hike, primitive camp, fish, hunt. You name it. My hubby loves the same things. My kids are grown. Daughter is the same with her hubby and 3 girls. My son is Autistic and still home but loves the outdoors. Theres nothing like it. Bless you and your family. You and DeeJay are doing amazing
I grew up on a small lake and spent almost every day swimming, fishing, boating and just enjoying outdoor life. I'm 63 now and still find myself drawn to the water. It's my place of solace. I hope Houston and Jacoby find that same love of the outdoors.
This brought many sweet childhood memories. I had a pet bass in my swimming pool in the '80s. I trained him to come to me to eat. I thumped the water and he would swim over. He loved low fat ground beef and thrived! One night irrigation spilled over into the pool and of course smothered my pet. I was sad, I missed that bass!
There's nothing like a couple of boys, their dogs and just some good old clean fun!I was a tom boy (a real daddy's girl) and caught just as many crawdads, fish, and snakes as the boys did! The best way to grow up (come home so dirty that you had to hose off before you went in to take a bath) if I do say so myself! Have a blessed day!
It is wonderful that the boys can go to the creek with You, and have several ways of catching fish place just jumping in it having a great time. That was a pretty sunfish. I always loved fishing. Still do, but never learned much about what I was actually doing. Bella sure is enjoying herself. Those dogs are having a blast catching them minnows, so fun watching them too. My kids spent hours at the lake catching minnows and crawl dad's. The people around the lake would pay them good money for them to eat. So much fun at the lake....love ya all. 🥰😊👩🦽

Best part of summer, I'm my opinion. Spending time with my grandkids, fishing,swimming,hiking and camping. There's 7 of them, 6 boys one girl. The oldest is 13 youngest is 6 and most of them are 1 yr apart. We have a great time making memories, and so far, cross my fingers, they're still excited to go fishing with Nana. I'm finally done putting worms on hooks, now if they'd take their own fish off. I really like your fishing with the kids videos. Always something going on at your place.
