Your description in this video explains SO much of my inner psyche, and so many of my inner struggles in life. The part about questioning if I look attractive and good ( and I never look as attractive or good as I should of course lol) and also always questioning if I said something right, did something right, if it was good enough. Definite deep self esteem issues going on. And what you said about the people pleasing tendencies...yes, it's just how I naturally functioned for so much of my life, due to this aspect and those Libra placements. But my Scorpio rising is probably what also despises those pretentious, sooth-saying, people-pleasing ways that are within myself and that I see in others. I have seen this quality in quite a few Libra Suns who I have known. Geminis too 🤔 And like you said, it's hard to know how they really feel or if they're just telling you what you want to hear. I have this aspect along with a RX venus that's square pluto. With Venus as my chart ruler it's become crystal clear in my early 40s that self love is the work and path in this lifetime for me.
Venus square Asc ... the weird thing is that I KNOW that I am beautiful and attractive but the feeling of being it is not there. it's like having a power that you do not own or are just afraid to own it. Wanting my beauty to be recognized and at the same time not wanting it so I don't feel like my beauty would be the only or main reason why someone becomes interested in me or treat me in a certain way just based on my looks . My placement says that life will get better once I’m partnered up but I keep meeting selfish men who take advantage of me and my relationships never work due to the men cheating or acting selfishly. I do have a hard time accepting compliments I really do not like my looks I’ve been bullied for being ugly as a kid so I’m hyper fixated on my looks yes I attract shallow men.
they feel body dysmorphia or body shaming but usually it is not the case, i have seen this from fair beautiful girls.... is the way the see them selfs for some reason usually is a father behind this crap...again... sometimes i dont understand fathers really, i believe that very insecure fathers do that theybody shame their own daughters, i have been in the very discomfortableplace to be the boyfriend in those kind of situations and no matter what i did they couldnt feel the beauty, hense needed the approval from a lot of men....
My dad, uncle, and actually every male in my family always made a point to comment on my appearance and body. I was also sa''d by my step grandfather and step brother. My looks mattered a lot to these guys..
I had anorexia when I was teenager. Also I don’t like one part of my body which is different from others and it bothers me always when I feel not confident. Other traits resonate too.
