I have Venus in Pisces in the 4th, opposing Pluto and the North Node on the MC. The darkness and light played out in my family, and home life. My mom was an artist, musician and astrologer who married an abusive alcoholic, who was himself was a very talented pianist. We had the beauty of art and music that filled our home, but the darkness of abuse and addiction. Ultimately, that opposition to Pluto brought healing, growth and forgiveness into my life through a wonderful therapist who specializes in EMDR and Yoga.

I've been waiting for this one and it didn't disappoint. I have Jupiter conjunct Venus in Pisces @22degs, it feels like a powerful combination but I hadn’t realised about the connection with Jupiter that you cover here. No wonder it’s a strong aspect. One that I have a hunch gives me healing ability; I’m able to draw out emotional pain from people and dissipate it. Helped by my Aquarius sun I really do love all people, although I’m Scorpio ascendent so not everyone loves me! Thank you for sharing your insights

Mars & Venus in Pisces- definitely relate to the darker aspects mentioned. Ty for this. 🙏

I was once told Venus in Pisces was as Aphrodite coming up from the ocean.... Also related to compassion rather than carnal love....what do you think ?

Mine conjuncts a dark moon in the 7th, Jupiter in Libra (fall) which exact opposes the Sun. I see the relationship pattern/cycle of things to other things that it attracts: The duality is true, inwardly & outwardly, complexity always appears, on all levels. Simplicity is beautiful, reality overpowers it = the conflict. Tragedy is a shining beacon that permeates everything, it is the basis of all life on this planet, is dark yet bright. There is also victim-hood in it.
En-lightenment comes at a price. Light can never be seen unless there is darkness to hold/contain......... embrace? it, neither can exist without the other.

Thank you for talking about the tragic romantic side of this placement too. I resonate with beauty and darkness together but with this redemptive quality and I’m wanting to see the full range of our humanity. A part of me wants the rosier side and dip my toes into it sometimes but that’s not really my chart. (Venus in Pisces in the 6th house, ruled by a fallen Jupiter in Capricorn in the 4th combust the sun. I’m also in the Saturn decan of Pisces so there’s more gravity there)

Hi Adam, thanks for your insightful take on exaltations. I'd love it if you could do a video on planets in debility and fall and how to best work with them. I have Venus in Virgo, Saturn in Cancer and moon in Scorpio so I have quite an interest! I also have sun in Leo and Mars in Aries, Libra ascendant so... Y'know, I'm curious about how rulership, dignity, debility can all express.

I’ve been to Disney world twice in Orlando and once in California and I LOVE it. I love all forms of dance and I have been told I am very dramatic. I also have Leo rising and Leo moon so no sure if it is my Venus in Pisces or my Leo placements. I also have Saturn in Pisces both in 8th house.

This makes sense, because I have Jupiter Conjunct my Venus in Pisces, and it is in my 10th house, Jupiters not so great there, so I haven’t really felt this benefic outside of the service I do for the day to day people.

No mention of Neptune 🤔 very good insight on the Jupiter connection

Neptune doesn't rule Pisces! This is a made up modern idea that isn't rooted in a deep understanding of the language and system of dignities. I've spoken on this before--it's one of those soap box issues for me! :)

@@Adam-Elenbaas Maybe not, but they sure do have a lot of similarities. One only needs to meet a bunch of people with Neptune conjunct their Asc and/or in the 1st House, and meet a bunch of people with Pisces very strong, to notice the similarities. Are there differences? Yes, definitely, as Pisces does very much also have that Jupitarian energy too, and can be more active in its service and concern for the world, whereas Neptune is often more passive and even more introverted/within.
I'm from the Neptune in Sag generation, and its especially interesting to note how Piscean like folks with both of these highlighted are. I have Sag Neptune in the 5th very closely sextile Aqua Venus in the 7th, and so I have been romantically involved with people who had both Sag and Neptune highlighted simultaneously. When you mix strong Neptune and Sag together simultaneously, its amazing how Piscean like the energy and expression becomes. Particularly people with Sag Asc and Neptune conjunct the Asc or rising in the 1st.
If one learns the vibrational colors of all these different symbols, and how these relate to the aura and to the endocrine glands/"chakras", this all becomes very well expressed and more easily understood. For some examples. The archetypal energy of pure Pisces ( i.e. particularly mid Pisces) is a violet color/vibration. The archetypal color vibration of Jupiter is like a royal to regular purple, the archetypal color of Neptune are lighter blue violets like lavender, and Sagittarius is like a bright, lighter, reddish purple.
What happens when you mix the latter two symbols and colors together? You get something very close to the violet of Pisces, but maybe a bit lighter.
Relating to the general idea of modern rulerships. My partner of 20 years and I have an open relationship. Anyways, T. Pluto has been conjuncting her Asc. She does not have particularly strong Taurus or Scorpio in her chart, and before this transit was not particularly attracted to or attracting strong Scorpio energy. But ever since T. Pluto has been conjoining her Asc, the men with very strong Scorpio have been coming out of the woodwork. In fact, two recent pairs of guys have the same birthday. This seems to imply there is a very definite connection between Pluto and Scorpio. As she has become far more attuned to Pluto (not normally a strong energy in her chart or psyche), she has likewise attracted similar without.

Trying to balance, and ultimately merge, the material and spiritual and the intellectual and intuitive. Generally positive experiences in work and practical, everyday service to others but also at times a sacrificial theme. Similar in health, and probably quite intuitive about health and healing, but a tendency to over indulge things like a sweet tooth or eating too much or generally lacking discipline could be a detriment. Might meet love interest via work/job.
The symbols are relative and fluid to the individual, and hence could mean different things for different people.

I feel in the 6th house, it’s something we have to work for and earn and prove ourselves worthy of. I have the same house placement of venus in Pisces but some of that may be my Jupiter in Capricorn talking.
