I guess I made the right decision to ski Solitude yesterday (5/6/24). Mid-shin to knee deep uncut powder lines until 12:30 pm off of Eagle and Powderhorn II chairs. Mountain was empty for a pow day. Took 24 chairs and never once waited in a liftline. Over 26,000 vertical feet. Best final day of a ski season ever!! Thanks Lucas for another ski season of great videos and terrain recon.
5:20 wipeout, sorry to see it happen but for some of us average skiers it made me smile - don't usually see you get in any trouble despite the insane tree runs you do- glad it ended up being nothing too significant. Thanks for the video, miss the frequent ski videos, happy to watch when you get them out to us

I started skiing in December (had literally never been on skis, skates or anything like that) and have been watching your videos since then. Yesterday May 9, had an unreal day at snowbird (my second time there). Mineral basin visibility was pretty poor first few runs, but by 1130 it had cleared up and the place was absolutely magical. I mostly stuck to blues yesterday, but managed to make it down a few blacks too, given that it was so quiet I just did wide turns and thankfully no falls :) Just a quick idea for you and something that would be really helpful, is if you were able to do some "run reviews" of the resorts in the canyon, I think it would help your channel grow in popularity, as people like me are always looking for a way to see whether or not we should attempt certain runs. There's a really cool channel called beyond the lodge where someone is doing this, but given your channels subscriber amount, figured it may be something to consider:)
This looks nice! I was staying at the Bird from Jan 7 - 13 and we got progressively more closures due to storms. Heck missed my flight home due to interlodge nd avi closing the roads and everything. Yet some of this video looked even better... in MAY!!!

Looks so fun was debating going up today but could not make it the backcountry the past few days though has been amazing. Today is day 97 on skis how many do you have.
You should check out slopes! They have tracking on digitized trail maps and it really helps when you don't know exactly what you skied. Great for getting back to cool spots next time too.

Why would you park on top of Chickedee lift. Why not below the Heli Pad. I guess you like walking a 1/2 mile up hill on pavement. You could have skied lower baldy, broom closet area.
