I just got mine yesterday! I got the foot pedal and small bits from the box, but now need hubby to help with the machine. I've been sewing with my beloved 32-year-old Bernina 1230, and the other day the machine would not turn off using the on/off switch on the machine and required me to unplug it from the power source. I'm revisiting quilting after many years and didn't want to burn out my Bernina, so I purchased the Juki TL-2010Q. I have a Juki LU-563 industrial machine that is a workhorse, even though it is ancient ... which speaks to the Juki brand! Thank you for the video!

I came to look at your Juki unveiling.. and left buying a new pattern and feeling inspired. I quilt only for the pure fun of it. I never have an idea of where my quilts are going or what I'm going to do with them. But this is purposeful. Being a nurse myself this is my stress relief, and what a better way to give back. Even if I am only able to donate 1-2 here and there, that's 1-2 families that could be blessed... Thank you!

I currently use a Viking Opal 650 also, and have been eyeing this Juki. I would love for you to do another video comparing the two now that you've had time to use your Juki.

That was nice that the donor gave you all the money you need to make quilts for the hospital and that machine is great and will give you many years of service. I love what was provided with the machine, and the extra rulers you purchased and I hope that machine give you so many years of great service. I hope your son gets fully cured and is Blessed by God with a normal life.

I'm watching this while I wait for mine to come in the mail. I go to Fashion Design school and I really miss all the industrial Juki machines I have there, so I got this one which is very similar.

I use those normal white fold up tables with four legs that you can get at most stores and my pfaff is a heavy duty machine and no problem with the weight on the table.

I use a pfaff 2040 and have had it for quite a few years now. absolutely no complaints .in fact when I had a small problem that I had actually worn out a piece in it " while waiting to get it back I tried using other machines I had and they drove me crazy so I bought another older pfaff as a back up. that being said I absolutely love what I have seen on the juki for free motion quilting.

I have the TL 2000. I think the biggest difference is the speed control on the front, mine doesn’t have that. Good stuff!
