Fuel pressure related. Something funky going on with SCV or Pressure Discharge Valve. Good job for Techstream because you can record the engine data and play it back as a graph.
Pressure Control Valve, high pressure pump, low pressure side. It's actually considered a service part that should be changed every 5 years. (I know they never are)
What cycles on off for ten seconds? The induction noise seems to lower pitch like there is a valve opening. Erg? Is the aircon cycling and changing load? I have a bad run on pulley on my alternator that makes a noise when there is low load at idle. Putting the lights on loads up the alternator just enough to hear a difference.

Does the scv need to be calibrated , ie for different spec engines ,maybe a stupid question... 🤷♂️
Is it happening with the A/C compressor kicking in and out. Increasing the load without increasing fuel pressure?
