@@GregDavidson-si8kt Walmart has a bunch of different ones to try along with electrolyte gummies I really like too. For me it’s best on hot days when I ride longer than around 3 hours. Can’t hurt and has helped with my post-ride headaches!
@SalSpaceKhan I most definitely will check into that because I know I need something. I work very long 12 hour shifts and a lot of times, I'm walking through the house screaming in pain because the muscles in the back of my legs feels like they are trying to tear their way out! The pain is almost unbearable! I would say the reason it's happening to me, is low potassium.
