The population in my city is 84,000 and we only have one laundromat.
Wow, sounds like a good candidate

DON'T BUY A GROCERY STORE... BIG MISTAKE
My grandfather owned a grocery store, it is profitable if the location is in a part of town or in a well populated rural area that doesn’t have one. If there is a dollar store, aldis, etc, don’t bother.
What are you gonna do when there’s no water?
That's not going to happen in my case my laundromats located next to one of the largest aquifers in North America
The cons outweigh the pros in this investment. The maintenance on those machines will sink you
I am in Harrisonj twp michigan 48045 are you around my area? car wash Laundromat is what i am looking to get into thank you
Hi 👋 i do vending

Yep, all you've gotta do is join your local club. Our local one is $50/yr to join.
Prime is 8.5%
Plus margin if you're going SBA, many are in the 2%-3% range, so long as we're talking 7a, and not 504.

STOP WIITH THE LOUD MUSIC!! Senior that couldn't make out what you were saying. Supposed to be BACKGROUND MUSIC...not too hard to here audio music...
Background music is to much
Yoh 1 month of ur profit is someones yearly salary in my country😂
That’s wild bro what are you watching this video on😭
Hey Investment Joy, that tinkling tone music does nothing to enhance our viewing experience. Please stop that annoying sound.
I'd like to purchase a Laundromat
Laundromats don't really bring in that much money but it's a great way to make illegal money legal.
The average laundromat brings in 125,000 per year. The top 20% bring in about $350 to 400,000. The top 5% are a million plus.
@@InvestmentJoy You mean gross, I use to work for a man who owned 50 laudramats and he wasn't profitable. It's very labor intensive but if you have 1 or 2 then I think it can be profitable.
@@deadcell1 That all depends on other factors right.... Like need customers and working machines....
@@donaldlyons17 Yes, if you can find a location in a poor neighborhood or in a area that has a lot of older homes that don't have washing and dryer hookup connections then it could be a gold mine.
@@deadcell1 Right poverty creates opportunity for those who are not as poor.....
I have never used a laundromat, even as a broke college student. Too germaphobic.
Well, that's why you have a immune system lol
Hello
No one interested in selling in my area.
I can guarantee you 100% of the laundromats in your area will sell to you, you're asking the wrong questions.
Very hard to hear you as you are a low talker w/ music louder than your voice at times, so I didn't even bother to watch the whole video even though it sounded very interesting.
If it wasn't for tiktok or youtube, your laundrymat would not be making a profit to live off of.
I'm not sure if you're aware of it but I own seven other businesses and of everything social media is kind of in the middle of the income and I have three other businesses that make more money than I do on RUclips and tiktok.
@@InvestmentJoy Well but your locations might need the business you own.... truth is in some places no one needs stuff (ex. my location no public transportation but one county over the next two places share public transportation with each other)
IF he spends time/money on something other than the business it is a safe bet he is more profitable off online stuff like RUclips, TikTok, etc. than the business otherwise why bother to up anything?
loose the stupid background music..
Do you have Rick Astley as your lock screen
Yep
pin?
Start a laundromat in a third world country
Genuinely curious what the thought process is behind this if a 3rd world country’s currency would equal less in usd on top of that how is would he run the laundry mat unless he was there?
You would think he would try and build a free one but....
Laundromat is useless
No. People too crazy breaking into machines to steal coins.
People will steal anything. Invest in security
With that kind of can't-do attitude, you won't accomplish much in life.
Nothing new here, just the Same old BS, and how to get a FREE LAUNDROMAT, which is BS in itself.
@@Wadley225 I mean it's kind of odd that I've had over 100 positive comments and saying how helpful this video was and here you come on board and complain.
@@InvestmentJoy Is he/she complaining about it or are they saying the idea is a problem for X,Y,Z reasons?
