Now, here’s my complaint. They say that Bakarina communing with the earth through farming is fundamentally flawed and yet never correct her. Like one year I get, but ten years and no one steps in. The other part being, why wouldn’t farming help commune with the Earth? That seems like it makes total sense and no ever explains why it doesn’t.
Imagine you have to study how to generate a fire,by cooking,sure it sound related and you can learn something. But that wont help you much in generating a bigger flame .
For a fan of Fire Emblem Three Houses like me, it's very cool to see that Katarina's voice actress is the voice actress of Female Byleth in english dub. Jeannie Tirado it's very good at voicing characters !

Seriously another cliche of mine I like is the inside out cliche where a character has little tiny copies or him or herself discussing what the character should do in real life. It's like a model UN for your brain.
2:28 this is a bit of departure from the source material. In the original story Prince Geordo accidentally 'tripped' her, she demanded him as her fiancé as compensation.
Of all the villainess manga/manhwa I've read, ive never seen an FL actually go through remembering her life past life through an injury. Maybe its just bc of the media.

Why is it that, whether a mob or a villain, whenever a character gets reincarnated into an otome game, The Heroine ALWAYS has Light magic? The trope is overused. It's not bad... just Clichéd.
To show that they're pure-hearted and too innocent for this sinful earth, of course. Maria was this in spades since she was supposed to be the self-insert protag. So good on Bakarina for befriending her, thus making her a fleshed-out character rather than a faceless cypher.
@@net_imp Yeah, the point of most otome isekai is that it's a known setting that the main character upsets in some way. Thus there will be many tropes to interact with. Of course there are ones that do things differently, like Accomplishments of a Duke's Daughter and such. But this series is kinda a deconstruction.
