My wife and I agree that Max is our go to for our meteorologist. This last storm that came through South East KY he was spot on everything. We really like the way he brings the forecast to us and are watching now closely because living deep in the Appalachian mountains up on a mountain in a holler it’s important to have someone as dedicated to what he does like Max. We are grateful for what you do young man and appreciate your hard work. Now I’ve got to fire up the ol Stihl farm saw and get busy. 😊. I like Evan, too. He does comfy lives even when there's nothing special happening, just chatting about the weather and answering chat forecast questions. I used to run The Weather Channel in the background all day. These channels have stepped up where TWC stopped actually doing weather.
Been a weather-watcher since childhood; my family made a living commercial shrimping, crabbing, and fishing on/off the Southeast coast of SC. Also was in the Fire Service and Emergency Management over 20 years. Can't praise this program enough for its information and presentations and warnings. My second favorite state to my home state of Florida. I served in fort Polk years ago and would travel to Texas every chance I got. I loved the weather there in the summer. I used to go to Stephen f Austin area and it was beautiful to me. It was 90-95 degrees but coming from Florida and stationed in Louisiana there was no humidity and I really loved that.
This last winter storm brought a foot of snow to south central Ohio where I’m located and this channel had it predicted more than a week before it happened! This is my official weather channel! ❤

We are traveling from San Antonio to Quartzite, AZ. We planned on leaving Thursday, but now we are starting tomorrow. We can hunker down in west Texas then continue on. Pray for us and all the other travelers.
Same here in Western NC. Nothing out of the ordinary, thankfully. Frozen water is no fun for wintertime camping. To be clear, that's not me -- we weren't impacted directly by the floods. I see a lot of folks having to camp in RVs and temporary mobile homes and it's really difficult to keep water flowing in those.
In Memphis, looking forward to actual snow! I can count on one hand how much actual snow my kids have seen in their lifetime…and they are in college! We bought sleds can they were little, we found them recently in the attic after years of not needing them, so we are ready. 🎉😂

This winter storm has everyone in my home town (Texarkana) buying up ALL the snow salt 😭😭 so there’s NONE left. Walmart sold thousands of bags on Sunday. not to be that person but also, it’s pronounced Tex-Ark-Ana (Ana as in Analyze) You are the best weatherman i have ever watched and the pace you talk at is perfect and it’s easy to stay engaged in listening! 🎉

I pray you’re right about the ice accumulation in Texas. The last time we had ice in east Texas, an 80 foot pine tree fell on my house. Stay safe everyone!
The ice is the issue here, we only got about 8 inches of snow but we had a couple inches of ice on everything. The snow was crazy wet too so it has all frozen as well. I managed to get our driveway dug out yesterday before it froze solid but some of my neighbors are having a hard time of it today. Good luck to you all, there is no need to impress your buddies and get out in this mess. Be smart, stay home if you can.

I live in the DFW area. They already had the digital signs warning ice accumulation on bridges. I guess they are Making sure everything is ready to go and working . This was yesterday around 11:00 AM on 1-20 West in Arlington going towards FW. 25 right now in Arlington TX @ 8:34 AM

I’m glad even though it has reached Florida it has gotten cold. My hands are ice right now and it’s already still 2 PM or it’s finally 2 PM and my hands are still freezing and I’m in Tampa Bay area but they are at least opening the cold shelters tonight I do worry about people who just keep their dogs outside. I hope that they at least keep dog houses with lots of hay in them and make little tents for their cats with much well needed blankets because for Florida we’re not used to this all the time last year. It seems we had a nice cold winter, but this seem just to hit us really hard right in the beginning of January now💯

Southern Illinois doesn't need anymore ice or snow. We still have over 20,000 folks without power, public transportation is shut down, schools are closed, and some businesses are closed ,

Ryan Hall is very good. He does a lot of charity work for people affected by severe weather. However, he is not a meteorologist.

I'm in the metroplex, my apartment has electric heat and ERCOT is trash. I'm originally from MA so snow was never a big deal to me like it is now.

I’m glad even though it has reached Florida it has gotten cold. My hands are ice right now and it’s already still 2 PM or it’s finally 2 PM and my hands are still freezing and I’m in Tampa Bay area but they are at least opening the cold shelters tonight I do worry about people who just keep their dogs outside. I hope that they at least keep dog houses with lots of hay in them and make little tents for their cats with much well needed blankets because for Florida we’re not used to this all the time last year. It seems we had a nice cold winter, but this seem just to hit us really hard right in the beginning of January now💯

Southern Illinois doesn't need anymore ice or snow. We still have over 20,000 folks without power, public transportation is shut down, schools are closed, and some businesses are closed ,
As someone who spent 25 years in Southern Illinois, I understand. As someone who now lives in Texas, we are doomed.
