actually, you guys don't need to worry about "decent amount of cash" if you guys just reverse fusion your persona, then go fight in tartarus, get some more persona and forward fusion till you can't do forward fusion anymore, the repeat the circle. Do reverse fusion -> get better chances of having skill mutation -> do forward fusion -> get your skills, save to compendium if it's you wish -> inheritance it to your favorite persona One thing is, it's a lot of grinding so if you're really gonna do this, find a really free day and grind the mf out of it
Does leveling also have to do something with skill mutating because i try playing new game plus to get magic mastery on Orpheus early game so he doesn't learn any new moves. when i do nothing happens i made sure it was close on a full moon.
So, say i have a persona with invigorate 3, concentrate, repel or resist ice and Regen 3. I want a persona with 4 repel skills through mutation, is it possible that i can get there fast through only inheriting those 4 skills? Or does the evolution of skills only proc when it's a skill that has just mutated? Because that'd make sense, I've spent days already trying to do just that and i can't get anything even close to what I'm looking for...
yes you can get repels from those skills but not directly. what u need to do is pick a certain day u wanna fuse on make sure you have a fuck ton of money and start fusing personas over and over with those 4 moves. slowly youll start seeing mutations NOW none of the skills u mention will change into repels they are too low level of skills besides the repel and maybe concentrate however those moves can all mutate into STRONGER moves which then mutate to even STRONGER moves and it keeps going up and up until youll start getting repels

I first started with like 80k but I had already fused over 50 personas, that's how I got to concentrate, dyne skills and repel ice but it was really exhausting. Then I tried again from scratch with 300k yen and 500k yen but nope, not a single worthwhile skill and now I know why 🤣 yo thanks man, at least you've given me hope. I tried using the calculator but it breaks and I can't completely make sense out of it, tried asking in lots of places but no one answered.
