I was super impressed by how you made the most of the space. Despite filling the place up with more things than I thought was possible, you still managed to make it feel spacious. It was well lit, your decor was superb, choice of colour phenomenal and the atmosphere was pleasantly bright, warm and cozy. The pillows in the window was pure genius. This was an absolute delight to watch. Eye candy at its best! Very impressive! You've got yourself another subscriber. :)

Wow, this is what I'm looking for, playing house flipper games with modern designs. Keep your spirits up! keep making videos like this, and my advice is to try to make designs with interesting themes.

A nice design for a small space.
So inspirational! I just got this game today and I the first thing I'm going to do now is sell all the ugly stuff in the first office and paint the walls! Don't think I have enough money yet to do it all up but at least I can make it feel clean 😉 I'll definitely check out more of your videos for inspiration, can't wait to unlock things so I can really get into making things pretty!

To get access to it, just go to your Steam library and click on the game, you will find a button that links directly to the Workshop page for "HOUSE FLIPPER" and if you like an item, click on "Subscribe" and it will automatically be added to your store. I feel like I'm being limited to what items I can put into a home. I've gone through all the items on the tablet and I haven't seen a fireplace like the one in this video or a bunch of other home furnishings. What am I missing
Mods! I had so much more fun after scrolling around and finding a bunch of custom content. Also if you dont have any dlc the gardening one adds a ton of stuff to do to the game. Theres even a link in the description for all the mods being used in the video

Where can I get the floor? I wanted to buy a house flipper and decorate the office and play the game, but I couldn‘t see the floor... I thought about luxuriously dlc and downloaded the creative yard items in the description section Please tell me The sentence may be awkward using the translator
It's "Floor Panel Brown Parquet" from the base game, no dlc is needed. You can find it in the floor panel section at the bottom of the list. Hope this will help!!!

All the lights are from the Luxury DLC, except for the one above the window seat, which is from the base game.

Those Items are from luxury DLC (not available yet for Xbox version) and also from the Steam Workshop (only available if you bought the game on Steam).

Those are mods from the Steam Workshop. You need the Steam version to get access to them. Check out the links in the pinned comment.

Yes, i used some pieces of furniture from luxury dlc (kitchen and bathroom set..) and also from the Steam Workshop (bed, pillows, window bench, some deco items likes the fox statue, books and hanging plants..)
