We charge for the overall install including the prep. Calculate the amount of time you spend on prep and how much you'd like to get paid for that time (be honest about how much you think your time is worth)
The props were outsourced by the event designer. We paired our balloons to the event designer's overall vision, which is usually the case on a large scale event.

So did you supply all of the decor to include the flowers and wings or you paired your balloon aesthetics to what the other decor was going to be?
