We constantly ask for your feedback about what you want to see more of on this channel and something that stood out to me was people wanting to learn how we prepare our orders for the weekend.
During this video, you will see the steps we take every week to ensure we don't miss any important details and we talk about Mondays
Although we are a team of 3 working full time at WeBalloonz, remember it wasn't always like that. When Mr. WeBalloonz used to work a full time job, I used to wake up at 5am and go to bed at midnight almost every day for over a year, to get everything done.
It's human nature to say things like "we don't have time" " I can't make it work" or "I have no help". The truth is, we can always make time for what really matters in our lives.
So, if you want to get some ideas, be sure to watch until the end.

What I have so far is an electric balloon pump, back drop, and a few other decorative items. Which balloons should I start with? which inch balloons do I need? how do I tie them together? with a fishing line or with something else? can you give me advice please? thank you in advance!🙏🥰

We book manually, but for invoicing we use Stripe
You may have answered this before but what are your thoughts about buying the metal arch backdrops vs the wooden one you guys have ??
They are both great additions to your arsenal. The wooden ones give you the flexibility of changing the color when needed to accommodate any theme. Hope this helps! 🫶🏼🥰

Hey, this is a really good questions! We'll always do our best to get people booked as far in advanced as possible but if we are available we will absolutely take on last minute jobs. Honestly we've made so easy for clients to book with us that I can book I client in 5 min (if they know what they want) We've been in the business since 2017 and we have a lot of inventory so 99% of the time, we have what the client is looking for 😊🫶🏻 Thanks for watching!
Why do you double stuff. And is there an order as to which goes on the outside?
We double stuff in order to come up with a custom colour that matches the theme or pallette provided by the client. Said pallette or theme will help determine which colour goes on the outside and which you stuff it with.
What’s the breakdown of delivery price? Especially with gas going up I’m trying to figure out how to price it. I’m new to this. I was thinking first 5miles free and then 58c per mile after and double that If I need to return to pick up equipment. What do you think?
