I almost didn't buy because of the 8GB of RAM, but I'm glad I did. Super happy with it so far. I agree with Lisa's review except the fans to me are quite a bit louder than I was expecting.
I can see using the wireless charging feature if you connect your phone with Samsung DeX.
always enjoy your videos and love the reviews 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Happy Mother's day to you and all mothers watching this! ❤
my moms dead and i killed her 😆
@@chaikagaz good
its well designed. easy to maintain.
Yea 8 gigs of ram pretty much killed off my desire to get one lol
Maybe they use nvme as the paging file
Just $50 extra, you can get the 15.6" with 12GB RAM
@@vervetech9395 No way it's only $50 more
edit: oh, apparently you're right, but it's only for the high-end configuration. I feel like it would be better if it was already in the laptop without the extra 50. And it should be at least 16 GB, not 12.

The notebook 9 pen has 16gb of ram and this galaxy only has 12g, like come on. The galaxy is replacing the notebook but has less ram.
That's like saying the Note plus 20 will get 8gb of ram while the note 10plus has 12gb
I like your gestures while reviewing
Would you get this or the HP Spectre for gaming, art, virtual machines, movies, port connectivity, low heat, long battery life, and great hinges?
Haven't seen you in a While @LisaGade Keep up ⬆ the Good Work! You're almost at 1Mil Subs. 👍
This thing looks amazing
A few questions because i’m really on the fence😢
Is this good for digital art?
Will this be good for video calls(i heard and seen that the audio is really bad but i’m not sure about the camera or the mics)?
Is this good for schoolwork?
Is it better to purchase this than the Macbook Air 2020 while owning an IPhoneX and airpods pro?
the wireless charging trackpad is hilarious
the blue looks really good.
Uska price batao
I thought the alpha have pen support just didn't include the pen itself
Can I ask what is the yellow stylus you use during the video? Cause from other reviews I've watched, the note pen stylus that comes with the laptop doesn't work very well, and I wanted to get the laptop for my drawing/animation hobbies, and if the stylus doesn't work i'd like to have a back up pen to use if need be. Please and thank you, also the video was very informative, keep up the grat work and I can't wait for your next review😁
Samsung really flexin it
Dope shirt Lisa! Hooray for remaster!
Lovely laptop with some unique features, the memory limit keeps it from being great 16 and 32GB should be possible.
I love all your tech shows!!!
Nice shirt Lisa. I'm personally still waiting for the Ion. Hopefully, it won't cost too much.
Its already out for $1299
The coolest grandma on RUclips
Samsung is really high on weeds. 16GB LPDDR 5 RAM for smartphones, 8GB LPDDR 4x RAM for laptop. 4k Amoled for Chromebook, FHD Qled for laptop. Why did Samsung use Intel's SSD when they make the fastest in the market?
To keep costs down. Look at consoles and what they do.
Phones will outpace ultrabooks eventually. Its all about build quality and form factor at that point.
One quick correction. The Alpha version does still support pens, it just doesn't come with one. Wacom pens or an S-pen are compatible.
Love the Mass Effect shirt.
Absolutely love her reviews
any AMD based laptops on the way? really want a good 17inch with a 4k option (i agree 1080 is fine for 15inch and below, but i can personally see the different at 17inch) if it might exist any time soon
There's also Galaxy Book S. But it's small.
Hi there! Nice review as always would you know which 2 in 1 laptop has upgradable ram? Thanks!
They see Lisa flexin, they hatin! 😊
who tf is hatin
Because she is white and nerdy
Sloppy Toons stfu
@@universaleliteinc.6554 Is she not? Besides, it was a joke
franklingoodwin its pretty rascist ngl
New product called Galaxy Book Flex α is out in S. Korea on May, and its 15-inch model has 2 Sodimm and 2 SSD slots so that you can add more RAM and SSD. The CPU of Flex alpha is cometlake rather than icelake, but this device still has S-pen. I think this model is great option for users want more RAM and SSD.
*Renegade in the sheets!* :) Lisa's shirts are as great as her reviews! :))))))))))
Love her videos. She is so down to earth and knowledgeable. This looks like a great device. Love the blue, but other videos have shown that it is one of the worst finger print magnets out there. You'll be cleaning that beautiful blue every few minutes. Also, not having the MX GPU available in the US is a bummer, as well as the 8gb ram. Finally, would have been a killer if they used that huge bottom bezel for a 16x10 aspect ratio. Oh well, maybe next version. Display is stunning. Wish she would have played the audio so people could judge for themselves if they like the audio. I heard it doesn't get quite as loud as some hoped, but still sound good. Anyway, it was still a great video as usual.
