Primer Taller Proyecto H2O.RD - highlights 1st workshop

The first workshop for the multi year environmental art, and activism project H2O.RD was held on Saturday, June 22, 2024, at Palmer Fishman Studios, Perla Marina, cabarete, Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic. The project aims to engage local communities in learning tools of video art, underwater video, interviewing, and advocacy related to our complex relationship to water in the context of both the climate crisis and long-term political dysfunction that prioritizes very short term monetary profits over sustainability of local communities or even of the tourism industry.
