I can't call this a game, but I don't know what to call the trilogy then. It was inspiring, accurate and moving. The Mass Effect universe seems absolutely real, and one I would give anything to live in. Something about this universe is different and special compared to any other universe I know.
If we could have Quarians, Asari, Drell among us. If we could live long enough to see this Galatic Renaissance...

I never played mass effect before. I sadly never got the chance to join the first or second game. I started on the third game and was already blown away. When I searched for the first 2 to see them, I was blown away further by the story and by how good the graphics and animation were for the time. This is one of the few games that actually got me to cry. The music also blew me away. I loved the reapers. They scared me, but hey, THATS HOW THEY WORK. I loved the villains, the planets, and, again, the story. And when I see this great series that also, surprisingly, helped mold my own morals, become this..........
It hurts......it hurts so much.........the pain of knowing that such a thing was done to something so influential to me and so many other people, it.........it hurts so much.....
Is it worth it anymore? Is it worth it, trying to have hope for stories and good gameplay? Is it worth it, to want to actually feel emotions like worry, reasonable anger, sadness, fear, stuff like that, for characters and people who fit into the fictional galaxy?
Is it worth it to have hope anymore?
One of the reasons i love this trilogy is characters makes you get attached to them makes you want to see more of their advantures

I love the Thane moment in this video. Galaxy is a dark place, I amjust trying to make it brighter before I die.

It's more than art for me. Makes you think in larger scales than just a lifetime. There'll never be a story like this in a videogame again.

Only thing I think of then I wach videos like this is: I wish that I could have saved more lives. Every death in these games made me feel like I failed somehow.

Goddamn I have watched this the past year so many times. I think this is the best tribute video made for mass effect. The music nails it!
After finishing ME3 in 2014, I told myself I'd give myself several years to forget most of the game, and start over. Now I just finished playing the trilogy all over again. Damn, the feels still hurt. In the current generation of games, only The Witcher 3 probably compares in terms of story and character development.

There is no other game that will make you feel the way these ones have and that’s a fact. I’m seven years late to this video and I’m still crying.

Man, I still remember the time I bought Mass Effect 3 N7 Edition, brand new for $30, and I thought I might as well buy it since it was cheap and it could help pass the time, but I had no idea it was gonna become one of, or better yet, my absolute favorite, and still remember when I bought the other games so I can get the full story. It was heart breaking to see it end, and I don't really care too much on how people feel about the ending, I still consider Mass Effect my favorite series. Mass Effect Andromeda, I, along with ur older siblings (Mass Effect trilogy) will be waiting for you! :'D

The fact that We won't see Shepard in Andromeda makes me sad, Don't get me wrong, things change and bla bla bla.. but.. playing the trilogy, building Shepard, having feelings for our character is something Adromeda won't bring, just.. yeah, just go and do a new character and have space adventures, No.. Some people say: WE WANT OUR OWN STORY! (Next game, new character) WELL, I MISS MY OLD CHARACTER, FML, been through alot, but The choices I made doesn't count because It's newwww

Despite all the flaws of Mass Effect 3 ending that part with Anderson and Shepard is perfect.
I'm getting ready to jump back onto the Normandy once again when the Legendary Edition comes out. I'm filled with excited and anticipation. It's been awhile but we'll be back once again.

Mass Effect was simply a game series. I would say it's an experience. A story that conveys many themes. Sacrifice. Love. Death. Friendship. Defiance. Goodness. It shows all this in a way no other medium could truly capture.
i have to say thank you. With this video you brought back all those sad emotions i had form these games, witch shows testament to just how amazing they were by making the player truly emotionally vested in the characters again i say thank you.

my eyes actually watered.....never has a game had this kind of emotional connection...when people die....its not like any other game or movie where its kinda sad....you actually feel like you're loosing a friend or loved one.

Watching these videos bring back bad memories, how the ending happen was just awful, but also it bring back good one as well, I will miss playing Shepard with all bad ass party members in the games. Here to hope that Bioware make another Mass Effect game that has the all the Joy in it but without the pain...
From ME1 to ME3, Mass Effect was the best Sci Fi Franchise, better than the Original Star Wars even.

yesterday i beat the mass effect series for the 5th time...no matter how much i played it i just couldnt stop playing it. this game was that good! in conculsion to beating it the 5th time i knew this had to be my last time,i have to move on. this video is perfect for right now....goodbye to the best triology i've ever played.
there is a scene in here the one with the child that is from the Halo 3 trailer 'Starry Night' but otherwise one of the best tributes I've seen

That was the original script for the game, in which the crucible defeated the Reapers, but it was scratched from the final cut for the existing ending.
