I love this video - as a beginner it was really helpful ❤ I was inspired to start on a cruise to Alaska by a fellow ukulele player - I had one in the cupboard waiting to get going. I am loving it and 6 weeks later can now do a pretty decent job along with your 10 Christmas songs

I enjoyed the lesson! I just got my ukulele last week, so I'm very new at it. I've had my dad' ukulele for a while, but it's over 50 years old and has a crack in the top. A luthier said it's fine, but I'm not comfortable putting much tension on it. ... so I decided to buy a new one. I'll need a bit more practice before I can sing along.
Yeah! I hope you have a grand time playing the ukulele. Putting lyrics in with the song can be challenging. If you're like me, I don't have everything memorized, and so reading, and singing requires activating a whole 'nother part of your brain. Best to just hum along for starters. My sister and I discovered you a few weeks when we came up on the 11 songs with 3 chords (maybe it was 4). Any chance you'll do more of that type of video? We had a little sing song at the cottage and entertained our 83-year old mother who sang along with you!
