Thanks Ryan. I run a small company builder in Latam with 3 companies. Is this rhythm per company? Also, What about 1:1s? How often do you recommend them with direct reports?
Keeping in mind your pyramid of Execution, Decision Making and Optimisation, who would you recommend should be involved in each of the meetings descrived here?
At a minimum it should be the CEO and all their direct reports, but you might choose to add other people if you believe they have something relevant to share. Just make sure the meeting size doesn't get too large (10+ people) because then it's less of a meeting and more of an "event" where a handful of people are presenting their ideas to the group.
