What do you do if you realize you don't actually have a pre-existing process to map during the value engine mapping sequence? Like you see you need to have a process, but there isn't one.

I just spent about 10 hours watching the first hour of this video. We're pre-launch so we don't fit the requirements, but I just went through and created this whole thing and I think it's going to be a huge help to the business. Developing our apps took longer and cost me a ton of money because I was the center of the org chart with everyone coming directly to me. This has helped me tremendously to be able to map out operations, and I believe, set up the systems to make our company one of the top dApps in the world. I want to thank you for hitting me with that ad yesterday and sharing this information. This is a game changer. I'll share more info after we launch to let you know how it's working in our organization. Thank you

you need to put a operating system in your business in order to it runs itself. step 0: DON'T USE PROCESSES AND PROCEDURES FOR EVERYTHING. STEP 1: start off documenting your processes for acquiring new costumers and fullfilling after you sell something. The objective is to communicate effectively how you creates and deliver value do your custumers. STEP 2: use communication effectively using dashboads, programs, email and etc. The objective is to effectively discover problems and to create solutions as fast as possible. STEP 3: goals and objetives, what matters the most and what should be the principal points to focus COMMON PROBLEMS TO BUSINESS WHO DOESN'T HAVE A GOOD OPERATING SYSTEM: 1- lack of a plan and actual messurable goals, steps and outcomes 2- only some problems are really solved 3- you need to tell your team constantly what to do, even the people who are already very experienced 4- meetings feels like a waste of time 5- profits are lower than they should be 6- problems look like they never have a definitive solution or the problems are not even identified or cared IF YOUR OPERATING SYSTEM ISN'T SCALABLE, JUST FOLLOW THE 3 STEPS ABOVE
