Must say candy dulfer and van Morrison I enjoy very much listening nearly every day Watch utube it keeps me happy I practice music instruments like guitar and wind instruments it gives much joy ,I first heard of van Morrison back in the 70s the song called Foreign window attracted me to van Morrison ever since that time I have put on Van Morrison songs one of the best artist of all times he has a great team specially the bass instruments players he is my man van Morrison my daughter lives in Dublin she wanted to learn violin by listening to van Morrison . Anyone with a taste for music van is the man to listen to.and have I told you I love you is one of the song I play that number 7 times it connects me to GOD it's got spiritual benefit it kind of healing affect on me and many other songs I enough lifts me up on higher ground.

I've been following Van Morrison since the beginning and he just keeps getting better and better! I still have all of his vinyl albums that I bought new.

There was a time when I think every household had a CD of "The Best of Van Morrison. I know we did, that was when I was house boy looking after 2 divers, 4 waitresses from the "Cable Beach Club" in Broome back in the early 90's. I cooked, cleaned, shopped for the night supplies and plenty of ice in the refrigerator. The crew would come back from a days diving, managing and waiting at the club, the BBQ was clean and we'd get stuck into the Barramundi, crayfish and crabs. Of course there was the obligatory entrance fee of bourbon, beer and absolute vodka, a few joints or 5 until the small hours, usually with Van still playing and the lights left on. Then the day began again as it had the day before that and the days to come. My girlfriend moved on to Port Douglas in Queensland and as or the rest I have no idea!

I absolutly Love it!!! Candy Dulfer is great! and the whole rest of the Band put together too! I always love this song! In "my younger days" playing with a little Band, we use "Moon Dance" as "opener and closer" for our "Gigs"... I still Love it!! ( I play Percussion) It just brought me Alive again!! Thanks!

There is a 2007 interview on youtube between Van and Candy Dulfer. It's worth watching, cos you learn that Van isn't interested in those who can simply play his songs, he's always looking for feeling, chemistry, understanding. It's clear that he and Candy have chemistry.

Adore Van M - been listening to him since "Them". Moondance is a fun song to sing, yet, this version is too fast - the tempo is pushing the envelope to "play" with the melody
Prince picked Candy to be his sax player on his live tour...I bet Prince is a better judge of talent than most.
