Amazing helpful video thank you! I have just started my preparation. I am doing plabkeys and plab gems. Plus i purchased subscription of medrevision . Could you please guide what should I use for preps?
I am sorry to tell you but plabkeys are actually being updated continuously & frequently. I had the older version of plabkeys and now they have updated the plabkeys so my list of page numbers will not be valid for other versions. (Also I wrote these in very rough handwriting, so you won't understand much 🤦) You can make your own list by strategy mentioned in the video 😊
Revision guide takes alot of time i tried it for few systems then gave it up I’m reading plabkeys, gems and the notes below some questions + some of revision guide while answering difficult questions and also comments section as you said it is really helpful I score 80-90 for a first read I don’t know how i would do in the exam which is on august 8 hopefully will pass 😢
You are doing great. Even without revision guide, many people passed plab 1. Main key is that you remember what you've studied. For that you need to revise again and again (People can fail even after doing medrevisions if they don't retain the information they studied)

I got confuse bcz emergency medicine git the highest weightage of mcqs number but u have suggested to do it after psychiatry.......
Start with sequence I mentioned in the 2nd pic (Gynae and obs). The purpose of sharing high yield system is that you should give more time to those systems and do those systems thoroughly. (Do EM after doing all the major systems )

Sir 1. plab 1 is valid for how many years ? If someone had to delay plab 2 for any reason then how much one can? 2. After plab 2 n being registered in GMC registration some one wants to complete fcps or MD/MS here , did GMC will be valid for that long time?
1- Plab 1 is valid for 3 years. You need to pass plab 2 within 3 years of the date you appeared in Plab 1 2- I am sorry I don't have much info regarding this

They consider wife and kids as family. You can bring your mother to UK on 6 months Visa then she will have to come back to her country and after that you will have to apply for her visa again and so on
2. If you dont want to work under NHS immediately then you can renew GMC every year in exchange of money or you can hold your GMC license by giving GMC a mail that u want to hold 3 yrs after that u can renew license again, in this 3 yrs u cant apply for job in UK as ur license isnt valid
Yes you can but you will have to revise it multiple times. Plabkeys are 95% similar to plabable. Doing plabable twice = doing plabkeys once + doing plabable once.
Great video doctor . Thanks 😊. Can i ask one doubt ? Will we be covering enough theory for the exam if we read the revision guide alone ? My plan is to learn the revision guides , then do the mcqs tooic wise / as mock tests. I am not planning on doing GEMS and plab 1 keys . Is this strategy ok ? The main thing is that i am wary of the cost associated with buying plab 1 keys , and if i download an older version , i fear that i may be missing out on the latest guidelines in plabable, especially since the exam is becoming UKMLA . I am currently working , not planning to take leave for studies and my exam is in august 2024 .
Yes that should be enough provided you do revision guides very carefully and thoroughly and additionally I would recommend you to (quickly) go through the explanation of all the mcqs so that if there is any additional information in explanation, you don't miss that

Keys are updated but generally added at the end of every chapter, it'd be great help if you could share we can manage the handwriting that won't be a problem
